The extremes have distorted everything to appear far right or far left in the media and I would argue much of the Internet is just people who think their position and worldview is correct screaming and trolling each other. Either way... people are fed up that wealthy, undemocratic forces have co-opted our country, government and are concerned with the direction of the country. We are going to be going on 15 years of political gridlock. I don't hear that much from one political side. Other people are fed up with a mythical strong government capable of destroying real and perceived "existential freedoms". It seems like the political goal of the past decade is to press and destroy middle and lower class political power. I seem to think Chicago and innercity violence could be best curbed by nationwide gun bans. You prolly disagree.
