Long story, but I remember during the lead up to Star Trek Voyager, the Doctor doing a tour of the set. And showing that Engineering had a window where you aould see the warp core. And above the window were three "hatches"  (Only one of which actually worked).  

 

And the hatches had to be labeled. Even though they knew that the labels would be too small to ever be seen by the audience.  

 

And therefore those hatches on the USS Voyager were labeled "Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale. A tale of a fateful trip."
