Howie411
Got invited by the Redskins last night for a private pre-screening of A Football Life: Doug Williams followed by QA session. This was the first time I've ever watched one of the A Football Life stories and I must say it was really interesting and I enjoyed it. Its premieres tonight on the NFL Network at 8pm if anyone is interested. https://nflcommunications.com/Pages/Former-Super-Bowl-Winning-Quarterback-Doug-Williams-Featured-on-NFL-Network's-'A-Football-Life'.aspx

Mr. Sinister
Awful timing, but I Wil be tuning in. Not just an epic moment in Skins history, but in sports overall, and our society
BraveWarrior
Just finished watching a replay of it, and it was well done. I really love this series, and have often found myself choking up during many of them. They've done a great job with the Redskins they've documented. They've done Gibbs, Taylor, Riggins, Williams, Manley, and maybe one or two more that I'm forgetting. I'd love to see episodes on Darrell Green, Joe Theismann, and Art Monk. MontanaSkins
Doug talks about it in the show when the PA announcer says the Super Bowl XXII is quarterback Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins and the offensive line surrounds him gives me chills every time. Spaceman Spiff
I'm bummed I missed this but they replay these all the time, I'll be sure to catch it. I love this series, I could watch them on a loop all day. Seeing Doug Williams at Fed Ex is always a thrill.
UKskins
Just about to catch up on this (It's on NFL Gamepass for us exiles). First 30 seconds and he's talked about being on the podium with Reagan and not having running water until he was 14. Wow.

The Dexter Manley one was a tearjerker, mainly because Dexter started crying during some of the interviews. He's always been an emotional guy. Voice_of_Reason
Great watch. It brought back all the feels and memories of why I’m a die hard Skins fan. I could watch that second quarter of the super bowl on loop. Actually, I can close my eyes and still see most of it as clearly as when I saw it for the first time.
