DogofWar1
Westmoreland appears to be all in, with Saccone pulling within 1000. 10% of Washington precincts still out, with a vote margin of 2600 between the two in the county. Would expect 260ish pickup there with 10% to go, so Lamb, minus rest of Alleghany, probably down to 700ish lead when Washington finishes up. Looking at the rest of Allegheny, there are 3% of precincts out, which translates to approximately 2964 voters, which means Saccone needs about 62% of remaining Allegheny votes to close the 700 vote gap post-Washington, assuming numbers hold. It is very unlikely Saccone takes 62% of rest of Allegheny. Of the not-yet-reported precincts in Allegheny, just about all of them appear to be in a sea of light blue, so they'd have to differ from every surrounding precinct. There was one grey precinct near the Washington county border that could have gone red, but the grey has disappeared and no reds popped up so I think that one went blue too. So highly unlikely Lamb is down in remaining Allegheny, let alone losing 62-38. NOTE: this post was written over the course of 20ish minutes, so the first paragraph is outdated. Looks like rest of Allegheny is in, minus maybe a precinct here or there.

DogofWar1
Absentee's probably a wash overall I'd guess, but this is so close it might make a real difference even if it only moves the needle a couple hundred votes. 12 precincts left, Lamb up 700 votes. Lamb lost a tiny bit of ground with remaining Allegheny which is keeping it close.

DogofWar1
Down to the wire and very interesting. There's a cluster of 6 precincts near the Allegheny border in Washington county still out that is big and one precinct still out that sits next to some blue precincts but also has red near it. Toss up. 11 precincts left, Lamb margin 755.

Elessar78
So... because of absentee ballots, Saccone needs about 60% of the absentee vote to win?

nonniey
Well looks like a recount and dems always win those (unless they are stopped by the Supreme Court ;-) or a coin,
DogofWar1
Cue the conspiracy theories about those two Westmoreland precincts. But dang, 95 votes separating them. If 2018 mid terms are like this I'm gonna die from stress. These close races are ridiculous.

nonniey
Well reportedly only 1300 (Non absentee votes remain uncounted from Westmoreland. Not sure how they were leaning in their counted votes.

Yo, get those lazy bums back in there, Steve Kornacki isn't going to make it to morning. But seriously, there are like 3000 absentees across 3 counties. You can't find a dozen people in each county to count those suckers over the next half hour?
