I guess the new rule needs to be "as long as the Seahawks have the ball, they are allowed to finish their possession (Punt or Score), even if the clock expires." I heard Mara was working with Lurie on a deal to re-balance competition. It's not fair for teams to lose simply because they ran out of time... unless it's the Skins, because they don't understand the spirit of competition.
