celticsalmon
I think Kirk with thrive tomorrow and then Kyle will get the props he deserves. Kirk reminds me of Schaub when Kyle coached him up in Texas! And a game ball should go to Robert G3 -because of the attitude of winning and teamwork he has instilled in everyone. HTTR! respectgibbs
Well, Shanny gave into public perception. RGIII is plenty able to start, but Shanny's more worried about how another potential injury would look so he's sitting him. God forbid it looks like we're aren't being extra careful and full-blown coddling this NFL starter. Doesn't he have a locker next to Fletcher? I'm sorry but this is the NFL folks, he should play. BRAVEONTHEWARPATH93
I am VERY nervous about tomorrow now... I am worried that the running game will suffer a lot and I am not really confident in 4 quarters of kirk... damn it
HateNMyEyez
my problem with kirk is he likes to force throws. I really hope he doesnt do that against clevelands very good 2ndary. But they will blitz the sh1t out of him and he will make mistakes
skinfan2k
not worried. RG3 isn't the only thing thats different from last year. Garcon, AlMo, Morgan, Hankerson vs Moss and Gaffney. Big Difference.

If we can't beat the Browns regardless of who's under center, we don't deserve to be looking at the playoffs. I wouldn't lose too much sleep tonight, Their a BAD team. lazarus0280
Definately kind of bummed as well. With the added protection of a brace... blah. I mean, every game he can be injured. I doubt he's worse off then 25% of the team... just starting to show that gonna be a dangerous 10 years or so with him. 2nd game out with injury. Well go skins and go Kirk
Year_of_The_Monk
Man, nothing against Captain Kirk but this really puts a damper on my spirit. Cleveland pass rush against our O line with a stationary Kirk Cuz is a damn castastrophe (spelling) waiting to happen. I truly hope that I am wrong about our chances but damn, no wonder all the commentators, writers etc were picking the Browns to beat us.
skinsforlife101
I was going to make the twenty minuet drive to my friend’s house to watch the game one the dish now I am wondering if it’s really worth it first time in 15 years that I will be missing a skins game. But really the first time in fifteen years that I have a 100% chance that we will not win the game. And what makes this worse is we have an Eagles team that just got humiliated on national television with a ten day rest coming up next
lazarus0280
Lol, and how often over the past 10 years have we said that? We have the tendency to play to our competition, at least with Griff out there we've been bucking trends. Hopefully Kirk can do the same...lets go Sunshine!!! deepo11
People are under estimating kirks mobility. He is no rg3 but he can really move around well, I would expect a lot if bootlegs tomorrow
HateNMyEyez
everyone stop with the its just cleveland BS, they have been scrappy as h3ll all year long. Their defense is very good. They remind me of the rams as far as scrappiness goes. And we all know how that turned out

terpskins10
But really the first time in fifteen years that I have a 100% chance that we will not win the game. You thought there was a greater chance we'd beat the 07 Patriots with JC starting than beating the Browns now with Cousins starting?
skinsfan07
We better establish the ground game early. Make the D respect the run, and build in some PA's and boots to keep the O-line moving with Kirk. I'm confident that Kirk will be successful but a little scared if we leave him stationary. dsciambi
Why does everyone assume we'd try to trade him if he plays well tomorrow? Wouldn't that put us in a pretty terrible position the next time RG3 goes down? I mean, it's going to happen eventually. If he plays well, then we have a capable backup. If instead we trade him, we've got nothing again.
