Bang
Give her a book of "I'm staying in bed, you get up" coupons. she'll love them in another month. Also throw in a 'night off" or "go out with your friends" coupon. Give her some sort of keepsake book for the baby that she can work on and use over the years. and of course, a Redskins outfit for the little one. She'll probably like some nice new clothes for when she's back to feeling normal sized. ~Bang

PleaseBlitz
I would go with the spa thing, specifically a massage. Edit: Oh, and congrats.
CTskins
I'm sure she has the book, " What to Expect When You're Expecting." They all seem to. But my wife also has What to Expect the First Year. Otherwise, the other gifts are great ideas too.

TD_washingtonredskins
Day at the spa after she has the kid? Or before, if that's even useful. I like this idea...did it for my wife after both kids (for her and a friend). A coupon book like Bang mentioned is good too. Just giving her afternoons and evenings off while she is on maternity leave will be huge! Congrats and good luck, btw!
