PerryMason
RG3 has again been nominated for NFL Pepsi Rookie of The Week. Be sure to vote a couple times as you can vote as many times as you want. Let's see if we can't get him to win it every time he's nominated! http://www.nfl.com/voting/rookies/2012/REG/

skinsfan07
Got my vote, but dang that Zurelein kid for St Louis was impressive. First kicker in NFL history to hit a 58 yarder and 60 yarder in the same game.

littlehunch
Had to go with Tanehill, that was impressive with his scrub receivers.

Supreme Wu
Yeah, but it's a kicker. I mean a kicker can't win this award....can he? You know Skins are the only team in history with a league MVP kicker, we should be more understanding
PerryMason
You know Skins are the only team in history with a league MVP kicker, we should be more understanding True true. But with RG3 on the board to vote for, I start to become a little biased.
Bacon
I'd take the Rams' kicker over 80% of our roster, I'll say that.
wilco_holland
Had to go with Tanehill, that was impressive with his scrub receivers. Agree. Sure RGIII looked great but man...how on eath did Tannehill get does yards with does WR? That's just mindblowing.

Voice_of_Reason
Ok, when you look at the full box score, there's no question that RGIII is the choice over Tannehill: C/A/TD/completion percentage/INT/QB Rating: Tannehill: 26/41/63%/1/2/86.5, add 1 rush for 0 yards. RGIII : 26/35/74%0/0/102.4. Toss in 8 rushes for 36 yards and a TD. When you compare the 2 side by side, RGIII had fewer yards, but if you look at the game, the Cardinals blew several coverages, and the plays were just WIDE open, and for huge gains. RGIII didn't turn the ball over, had a higher completion percentage, lead a 2 minute drill to win the game. Both are worthy, but I go with the guy who has no turnovers and leads the winning drive. However, I'm not sure that the kicker Zuerlein really deserves it overall this week. 48, 58 and 60 yard FGs? That's really clutch. If Cundiff hits a 41 yarder OR a 31 yarder, the 'Skins don't HAVE to go down the field at the end.
dcthug
Ill take Griffin over Tannehill based on no turnovers for RG - to 2 picks for RT RG leading his team to the win vs RT having the game blowing int in overtime. Good game by Tannehill but RG wins imo. Stl kicker a close 2nd with the long fg's this week.
tshile
Had to go with Tanehill, that was impressive with his scrub receivers. same. damn impressive especially given his team.
redskins55
RG3 all day!! Don't look just at the yards.. The kid wouldve had 2 TDs but they gave the fumble to Garcon. He had no interceptions! He drove the skins down the field with a minute left in the game and we WON! Tannehill lost the game and also had a bad interception in that game.
