Legalize it and take the power from the cartels and give it to the US gov't. The cops shot a local guy yesterday morning, today after the childrens parade, they're expecting blow back. It was all drug related. Funny note, a boat loaded to the gills with pot and coke showed up one day, with no crew. Just ran ashore.
