Two, he is really trying to make a name for himself and prove that he isn't just some slum that fell off the Raiders. I think he is going to improve under Haslett's 3-4 defense. By creating pressure down the middle, it rushes the QB. When QB's are under pressure they look for that quick option. If Hall is able to read the QB, he can make a move to get infront of the receiver for the pick. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm trying to think on Darrell Green's logic behind getting interceptions. Hall may not be the fastest man in the NFL, but a turnover is a turnover. If we can intercept the ball in the opposing teams 40, it gives us good field position.
