d0ublestr0ker0ll
Landry made me want to vomit the entire season of 2009. This year the kid is STEPPING UP. Can we all agree? I seriously wrote him off...Landry is captaining the defense thus far.

Pedro
I thought he played well when deep late in the game yesterday. He didn't read well enough to intercept but he did a good job of saying boo every time a ball was dropped right in front of him. Kareem Moore is hitting hard too. Players don't look to enthused about catching a ball over the middle against those two, especially later in games after a few hits have been put in. NewCliche21
Landry has always been a stud. He had a terrible coach for two years. Can I start an "I told you so" thread like Ryman, because I've been saying this since 2008?
JoeJGibbs
It's not only that he's at his natural position, he's being asked to do the things he excels at. Run stopping, and playing around the line of scrimmage.
iMeast
Thats what happens when a coach uses his players properly. Now if the Redskins could get full, proper personnel for the 3-4 scheme. HTTR

OuterBanksTarHeel
He's one of the few players we have that fits the 3-4. It allows him to play in the box more often, almost like a 5th LB'er.
S.T.real,lights,out
Yup, he's finally home. Back to his natural position and he's having a great year so far!
Skinzfever2010
He is the best Safety in the NFL this year (thus far). I take every bad thing back I said about him last season.
skins island connection
He has played alot better this year; last year, I was hoping he would get benched, with his flying nun disease he had, unfortunately he gave it to Sellars...:pfft: Does he still have his monkey or did it get loose? Santana_Fan
He's back where he belongs, he's always been a beast playing closer to the line.
frankez99
2009 Landry would have annihilated Desean Jackson yesterday on that Kolb overthrow to the left yesterday; drawing a 15 yard personal foul. 2010 Landry pulled up and allowed his intimidation to complete the play. That impressed me.
Dallascrushers
yea landry has been playing out of his mind good this year....he has been the saving tackler or countless plays that could have busted a long td run

Landry has been playing great but lets not go overboard here. The rookies Nate Allen and Earl Thomas have been playing great so far. Adrian Wilson and Polamalu have been great too. That being said I'm thrilled with Landry's performance. If he can continue to grow within the scheme we could have a really good one.
Brotherz
I would love that gif of jackson crawling into fetal position as landry approaches in the fourth quarter for my sig if anyone finds it.

justice98
I would like to see him elevate into that difference making safety category. That club where Polamalu, Ed Reed, and formerly Bob Sanders used to reside. Where their impact, not just on an individual game, but on the entire defense is undeniable. Bang
I will happily admit that I was wrong about him last year. I said he was SO bad, took such bad angles, had such bad tackling technique that I thought he might be damaged beyond repair... that the lapses in basic fundamental football were so bad I wondered how he managed to even be drafted. I was wrong! Oh yea! I was WROOONNNGG! WooHoooOo! I was wrong! He's playing like a beast. His tackling technique is 1000000% better, he hits a guy and STICKS to him... HARD,, his pass coverage is better, he doesn't fly through the air to make hits, he doesn't take bad angles, and to my knowledge he has YET to be called for a penalty. I wish I was wrong like this all the time! ~Bang
boobiemiles
Landry has been a stud. We had to adjust because ST died. I hate this fan base. We seem to have a yankee mentality. It's what have you done for me lately type of mentality. So we loose out on productive players....Brandon Lloyd anyone?

Surprisingly I'm right. He has been better than both Nate Allen & Earl Thomas thus far. Adrian Thomas and Polamalu have not had the impact Landry has had 4 games into the season. I'm shocked that I just typed that but its spot on and it feels good. Hail!
