Elessar78
Not listening to audio. Any explanation how Vardy gets the goal a clear two yards offside? Final ball was off Ashley Williams (Wales), so it counts as a deflection. When the ball was kicked by an England player, Vardy was on side. Elessar78
someone tell roy, his problem is not with his forward line. It's in midfield, the pasty #10.
Elessar78
so dele alli is a legit #10, most creative english player since Gazza by some accounts. So you play an aging Rooney in that role. that's why you end up with four forwards on the pitch.
DC9
GET THE **** IN DANNY!!!!!!! BEST ENGLISH STRIKER GET YOURSELF SOME OF THAT LIVERPOOL #9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND GET BENT 'ARRY KANE.... YOU WORTHLESS ****!
Est.1974
Streling is simply ****ing rubbish. Get Sturridge and Vardy on for Sterling and Kane. ****ing get in. That'll do for now.
Wellred93
Gutting. England deserved it. If you put 10 behind the ball and don't have a striker to hold up the ball and relieve the pressure it's only a matter of time. Sturridge has the worst celebration in all of football. Really wouldn't tire of punching him when he does it.
Long n Left
It was played off a Welsh head. Not offside. Yeah, just got a glance at the replay. So, it didn't go off an English head at all, I guess. Like I said, lucky.
Est.1974
Bale not quite as chirpy in the post match interview. Fancy that.
DC9
****ing get in. That'll do for now. It doesn't take a genius for those, but well done Bale not quite as chirpy in the post match interview. Fancy that. Just no passion in that one. Did you see that cat in the stands crying in the 86th? Like wtf man  Yeah, just got a glance at the replay. So, it didn't go off an English head at all, I guess. Like I said, lucky. Yeah, not sure if the extra lino got that right (which would be world class officiating) or if they just let it ride.
Wellred93
Got to think Daniel starts the next game his pace and off the ball movement offer much more than Kane upfront. Think Ukraine get a comfortable win against norn Ireland. They offered very little in their last game.

Old Bay
BBC Live Coverage: "I wonder what has happened to Roy Hodgson in recent weeks? He really went for broke at half-time there and threw forwards on all game. He's turned into Kevin Keegan."

Spoiled an attack or two early with the shots outside the box, but the rest of the attack was moving around after that. Message received. They just won't follow Kane. He gets great service at Spurs, but you're just not going to get that at the national team level. BBC Live Coverage: "I wonder what has happened to Roy Hodgson in recent weeks? He really went for broke at half-time there and threw forwards on all game. He's turned into Kevin Keegan." His face and body language after the Sturridge miss said it all to me. England are almost perrenially overrated, but this years squad has a ton of talent and he's gotten it wrong 1.5 times so far. It would've been on him/will be on him if England don't go through to the knockouts.
DC9
There's the poor Welsh lad on the right in the 86'. LOVE the passion as the game was still on an edge at that point but England carried the play. A little over 5 minutes later on the right there. Felt like the Welsh lad when Gundogan was taking the free kick at the end of the Dortmund match.

Personal view is that's it's more 50/50. In the main got the first half v Russia right, screwed the second half with poor subs. Opposite today, played too conservative and loyal, first half wrong team, second half subs won the game. Should be a starting front three of Sturridge,Vardy and lallana against Slovakia.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
So are yers all finally understanding why most Liverpudlians weren't arsed to lose £terling the player? Aside from him being a two faced gob****e? He's not improved one bit from the day he left. But he is dead fast like ..... Hail.

He would probably be better if he wasnt so arrogant, due to just being fast, so thinks he doesnt have anything to improve upon.

Best not to peak in the group stages (as long as you get out). Also good to get more players involved. If things had gone well throughout the first two matches, he'd be less likely to rotate players in.
