Entourage Season 7

I do enjoy the show, but this season has been blah for me so far. Nothing really interesting or exciting. Seems like all the action has been Ari so far.

I agree actually. These types of shows can grow stale. I mean, it's a shallow show that survives due to the interactions of the characters and the "coolness" factor. Once the coolness is expected and the interactions stop evolving...oh uh!

I think Scott Caan (Tweeder from Varsity Blues, E's rival agent) is going to become Vince's friend, which should cause some conflict between E and Vince. If E starts getting some big clients (and possibly gives Drama's career a resurgence) E and Vince might break up (again). I think Turtle is going to start dating that girl.... or she's going to get into some heavy trouble(something criminal, drug debt, escort service gone bad, etc) and look for Turtle to bail her out.

First two episodes were pretty boring, but hopefully plot builders.

I haven't watched in two years, but I bet I can predict the story arcs...

Vince isn't sure what movie he should make next.

E isn't sure what he wants with Sloan.

Turtle has a crush on a girl.

Drama's career has a setback and is the miraculously revived at the next minute.

Does that sound right?

I think it was halfway through season 4 when I realized that every single episode was exactly the same.

I think the whole Vince being real out of it and hopped up on pain killers could create some real interesting plot lines. They could get that guy who works with E to keep enabling his destructive behavior. Vince could be become a sort of stereotypical pain killer popping celebrity, and it could make for a good change in a great show that has gone stale IMO.

Oh and it is beyond ridiculous that Turtle goes back to school for a few months, and is now in the position he is in.

I think the Limo Company was originally owned/operated by their buddy who went to jail. (I forget his name) I remember Turtle talking to Jaime-Lynn (who I REALLY miss) about how he could run the business while the guy was in jail. That's what motivated him to go to school.

I don't know if the business always had slutty-dressed drivers, that might be an "innovation" on Turtle's part.

Last night's episdoe wasn't bad, at least it had more Sloan in it! Seems like they are setting things up for later in the season so far. You have Turtle going to Mexico to do who knows what, Ari trying to own an NFL team and problems with his wife, Drama possibly getting his own TV show, and the the E, Vince, and whats his face drama.

Yeah, so far it was the best episode. I hope Taylor Townsend isn't gone for good though!
