TheGoodBits
Zorn basically shut down several reporters who asked if he would have been able to keep his job if he turned down Vinny's request that he give up playcalling.

TK
It was "strongly suggested to me" ... that I make a play calling change."I am going to comply with that". Coach speak for it was either this or I'm :pooh:canned.

hoskins
Q: [could you have said no to this and still kept your job]: A: I don't have an answer for that. And no one else was under consideration for this role. It was only Lewis (per the "suggestion from above")

Gibbs Hog Heaven
If this man had ANY dignity, and personal pride in his work, he'd walk already. As if Vinny making him go cap in hand to the owner and ask for help because he couldn't do his job wasn't bad enough, now he's had his playcalling dutys taken away by Cerrato for Lewis. Seriously, the guys turning himself into a weak willed laughing stock. And this is the guy charged with leading 53 men. Unreal. Hail. *Edit* Bang this in the other presser thread if it helps, I jumped too quick.

mel25
Because of six points, it was suggested to him after the game in a meeting with Vinny that he make a playcaller change. Nah, he said it was STRONGLY suggested.

askounes
As poorly as he's coached, I feel really really bad for Zorny. Bad coach does not equal bad person... he doesn't deserve to be disrespected like this. I know it won't happen, but I really wish he'd just say "**** this" and walk out. Maybe punch Vinny in the mouth on the way out. This is the absolute lowest... not the losing, but this public display of how our organization treats it's employees. There's no reason this needed to be this type of media circus.

Yeah he sounds like he's accepted his fate, and is just here to collect the last paycheck. But I feel really bad, because at the same time I think he really wants to see this through to the end of the season at least.
