MonkFan8
Honestly. How is Jason supposed to have any confidence in anyone on this entire team when they keep letting him down? ARE, Kelly and Cooley are the only people who remotely look like they belong on an NFL offense thus far this season. DT looks a full step behind everyone Moss can't see to finish anything Sellers lays some wood, but that's about it Zorn can't seem to figure out how to call plays in the redzone, while it takes Spags all of 2 plays to call a fade And our defense is just "meh". Too much cushion, even when we're getting good pressure. Seriously, Greg, why a 10 yard cushion on 3rd and 4 when youre getting good pressure on the QB? Oh and mental mistakes (Orakpo, Dock, 'Tana) don't help at all.

tr1
BTW, the Moss fumble was big-time face mask that was never called.
Springfield
Campbell just needs to keep on doing what he has been doing and the offense will work its way out.
Springfield
BTW, the Moss fumble was big-time face mask that was never called. Yeah, this is true but you can't call a penalty based on a review. Face mask or not, Moss needs to hold on to the ball.
Warhead36
My thoughts are simple: this is not a good football team. We make mistakes, play sloppy, and don't look consistently professional. Whether we win this game or not(methinks we find a way to blow it late as always)means nothing. We won't win more than 6 games this year.
jaydogg3eb
Im so angry with Moss right now. JC has been simply amazing today, and our defense is above average, but once again... its just stupid mistakes killing us. Honestly, if we lose this game, this season is just about over already. Skelly Skin
Totally agree. Campbell is playing great.. mental mistakes from others are killing us. We out played the hell out of St Louis that first half, but come out down 1. Very demoralizing.
Potato Sack
The way we're playing - defensively and offensively - at best we're 5-11 this year.

Face mask or not, Moss needs to hold on to the ball. True, you cannot call a "process in play" penalty,i.e. facemask, PI, etc, but penalties can be called from review, i.e. 12 men on the field... Destino
Defense looks TERRIBLE. Blache really needs to be sat down and have it explained to him just who exactly the head coach is and who the coordinator is. Zorn took heat for mentioning the cushions CB's are giving opposing wideouts and what do I see today? More of the same. Even Ram running backs are getting 10 yard cushions. Blache is a wuss. Offensive line has looked good for the most part. Dockery is having false start problems again (almost like he never left haha) Jason Campbell has played great today. His stats would look much better if Sellers could hold onto that ball. Zorn's play calling has improved dramatically.
Destino
BTW, the Moss fumble was big-time face mask that was never called. Still shouldn't have fumbled... and frankly this is game two and Moss has done nothing but fail. I expect more from the #1 wideout on the team. CRAZYHORSE19682003
Once again I eagerly await for the Jason Campbell apologists to blame everyone and everything but the real reason the Redskins offense is downright offensive! Jason Campbell is not an NFL QB, he isn't even a number two in this league. Today is a perfect example, he has been given all day to throw the ball and what does he do, check down passes all day. He is incapable of correctly reading a defense and even when he has guys wide open ala Malcolm Kelly on the first play of the game he underthrown him so badly it allows the toasted corner to recover and make a play on the ball. Campbell just sucks and no amount of coaching, positive, or downright wishful thinking is going to change that FACT!

Campbell has been one of the few bright spots thus far. Did you turn it off after the first play? Other than that, and that little throw to Davis for -3 yards, he's been great.
