SkinsHokieFan
Interesting that McNabb and Vick meet again Back in 1998 McNabb hosted Vick when Vick visited Syracuse on a recruiting trip McNabb essentially sold Vick on Syracuse. MV1's mom though wanted him to stay at home, so Vick went to Virginia Tech A decade later, Syracuse has one of the worst D-1 football programs. Virginia Tech has gone to a national title game and is a consistent top 10 team Even as one of my favorite Hokie's of all time, Vick is now dead to me in green

Oldskool
Wild Cat in Philly with Jackson could be interesting. With their O-line injured and no team chemistry, I doubt it. It takes a solid O-line to pull that type of offense off.
Inquisitor
I can't understand why the Eagles would want to do this... and after the offseason they just experienced, they really want more distractions? And not just more distractions, we're talking about THE MOTHERLOAD of distractions here. Very puzzling, I don't think he will be very effective for them after such a long hiatus, but the signing will provide fans with yet another reason to hate the Eagles organization, that's always a plus, right? RedskinPryde
I found out about the news while watching the game... But it seems to make good since to put him in a backup role right now as he hasnt played football since hes been locked up... and the idea of putting him with a team that has a strong fanbase support. I think it makes since and Vick will get some trick plays in.
laurent
The Eagles don't have a backup quarterback, seems pretty obvious to me why they would sign him.
