Darker as well. I think I like movies more than she does. I wasn't a fan of the movies in the beginning, but they have gotten better. Still, they aren't even close to as good as the books. Yeah, the books are so good. They are written towards adults, though- I'm sure the books are hard for most kids to comprehend. I'm 38, I'm not reading the books. My mom is 60 and she has read them. And these movies average $900 million dollars at the box office, they should milk them for every nickel. No it's not. HBP is 645 pages. Deathly Hallows is over 700. The books aren't THAT bad reps of the movies (sans the last one, which COMPLETELY BUTCHERED Dumbledore's explanation to Harry :doh: ).
