airs0ft3r
At 43 years old it would be a risky pickup. I hear Roger Clemens is getting bored with whatever he does now.
Dan T.
Let's get Randy Johnson. He's tall.
redshirtguy#45
Let's get Randy Johnson. He's tall. hes still signed, we would have to do a late camp trade of like 2 second round picks to land him (for 1 season of injuries/non-use).
Dark Acre
He's lost way too much of his fastball to compete with Collins. Now, as soon as Randy Johnson gets 300 wins, he'd be the guy to sign. Accuracy's a bit off, but he can still hurl it and none of this batted-down-at-the-line stuff. Also, who's that black dude on the San Jose Sharks? (I should know his name since I was at B.U. the same time he was.) In a college game he once knocked a guy in the air horizontal. Serious LB potential and you know how well-conditioned hockey players are.

I dunno...denying steroid use and adultery accusations could probably keep some one busy....and isn't Celemens older than 43 anyway? :silly:
gatorskin77
We should put him on defense he could just stand there and throw fastballs at the QB's head

SonOfWashington
Can we bring in Barry Bonds, too? Everyone deserves a second chance.
SkinsNoles21
I think we should bring him in for the preseason ... and then if he does well against third-stringers ... we could all hop on the bandwagon and proclaim him as the future.
SkinsNoles21
If youre bringing in a baseball player ... its Joe Mauer. He signed to go to FSU and play qb but was then drafted by the Twins number one.
HighOnHendrix
Guy's a Hall of Famer for sure. The 'Skins would be idiots to not make a run at him. He could very well be the one piece we need to get over the hump. Think about the locker room leadership he would bring to the team. Then again, as a Mets fan I have just realized that my blind hatred of anyone who has/does/will ever play for Atlanta prevents me from endorsing them for anything ever anywhere. :saber:

Ahem...behind Colt and Chase of course Also, his name doesn't have a "C" in it anywhere, so I'm not really too sure how well he will fit in with the rest of our QBs at the moment...:whoknows:

Merlin Emrys
Well, we are in need of a right tackle. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this is Vinny's plan. He probably caught wind of Glavine's release earlier in the week. His immediate reaction was to cut Jansen and clear roster space.
