jason61872
LOL! We do have other RB's tho. It might not be a bad idea to sit him if his hurts are more than normal wear and tear.
TD Riggo
How 'bout let's let CLINTON PORTIS make the decision on whether he will play any or all of the next four games and stop trying to make dumb decisions FOR him and the team! MAN I hate losses! The dumb threads just seem to multiply by the hundreds when we lose!
DieselPwr44
I want the OP and anyone else that's interested to do a little exercise. Watch this board the rest of the season. Watch the majority of this fanbase bemoan the O and D lines. Watch as they talk about poor pass protection and below average pass rush. Watch as they post threads about mock drafts and what linemen we should take. Then in April, when we draft a TE or FB...maybe another safety or WR.....watch as this fanbase jumps to Vinny's defense or anyone that works in the front office. 11 years and counting. That's the last time this franchise spent a pick in round 1-3 on a Dlineman. But according to guys like Vinny or fans like Art, The Longshot etc. there's never a lineman worth drafting at our spot....FOR 11 YEARS???? Insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That's this Franchise's motto.
ashsra
Definitely true, but that's not the type of thing you can fix in one year. This is a direct result of Vinny Cerrato ignoring both lines for years.
scruffylookin
Sure would have been nice to have a second rounder going into next years draft so we can add a premier player to both lines or two players to one side. Hell who am I kidding, we are so going to draft a linebacker. The excuse will be because Marcus Washington will not be back and we need to fill that position. And so yet again we will make due with the same OLD crap on our lines.
88Comrade2000
I think we really were the most overrated team this year. That first Giants game was an accurate representation of where this team really was. Against the elite teams were really suck. We only overachieved in the Boys/Eagles road games that got us to 4-1. In reality, that was a mirage. We were playing over our heads and we came back reality with the Rams game. That Rams game showed us the real 2008 Redskins and we've been playing that way ever since. We are nothing more than a mediocre team.

Fanfor50
:dallasuckPeople, we are not going to get there with JC. He has been in the league four years now and he is still throwing into double coverage, holding the ball, and CANNOT GET US IN THE END ZONE. The excuse of "he is in a different system" is bull. Joe Flacco and Matt Ryan are in different systems and they seem to be doing all right. You measure a qb by points on the board and wins and losses. he fails miserably on both counts. The only reason we made the playoffs last year was because JC got hurt and Collins took us there. Sorry but the guy just does not have it. After every play he looks like a deer caught in the headlights. Need to make a trade in the offseason or draft someone.

36HAMMER
the problem is that the person making the mistake is different almost everytime. wr's dropping balls, qb watching one wr. oline not blocking and our d missing assignments. this has been going on for the last 3 to 4 years.i don't know guys. i just don't know about this team, it's just missing something. we need to revamp most of the line next year. from jansen over to kendal, we need a pass rushing specialist and 2 to 3lb's .it can be done but will the right parts be found. you can't just get some guys and through them together.todays game was painful but to me it's mainly on the players, zorn was off as well but for cryin out loud does someone have to pump you up for game like this? we also need some intense players next year, too many cerebral players on this team.time for some guys that wear their emotions on their sleeves among other things. After every play he looks like a deer caught in the headlights. Need to make a trade in the offseason or draft someone. Exactly. JC lovers complain about the OL protection. News Flash: All QB's get rushed. Even when he has time, he cannot make an accurate throw. Teams stack the box because they are not afraid of his passing game - would you be? If your defensive holds teams to 20 or less points game after game, and your offense can't get more than 6-7 points, you lose. Pretty simple, right? Campbell is not the man, not the future, and not a good QB!
MidwayMonster31
The Giants were just on a different level today. I agree that the lines need to be improved. The Giants look like they're going to repeat as super bowl champions.
bigtme fan
The most glaring difference between the Giants and the Skins is at the QB position. And please don't say that it's not. Eli is a good QB, makes good decisions, can make something happen when the play breaks down. JC is the Anti-Eli. We need a real QB!

bigtme fan
Let me ask a serious question. Would we have gotten LESS points in the second half of this game if we put Colt or Todd in there. I don't think you can get less than zero!
