Lombardi's_kid_brother
Do we really need this post in this thread about the how u still care about the season and the buffalo game. completely inappropriate. On a another note my thoughts and prayers are with Sean Taylor...I know he will pull through this..he is one tough guy It's appropriate. Regardless of what happens with Sean (and I pray to God that it is good news), this board is going to be filled with the same debates on Monday that follow any game - though they may be a little tempered for a while. What I really don't understand is why people "need perspective" in the first place. The Redskins should occupy the same part of your life right now as they always did. If you need perspective, they were probably too important to you in the first place.

Ellis
It feels like losing a family member to me. Sean Taylor is by far my favorite player EVER. I hope and pray so badly that he's ok and that he's going to pull through this. Believe!!! I know he's gonna make it.

CTaylor42
A friend of mine contacted me by IM about the Taylor situation and made a few football related comments. I said "sorry man. I just don't feel like talking about football right now." All I care about is Sean pulling thru and seeing his child grow up.
Tom Sullivan
At this point all I can pray for is that he survives this. I don't even care if he is able to play again.

wysknz1
What I find sad is how the media is still bringing up the past. The past is, well, past. He's really been changing for the better what with his daughter and all. But I guess there's no news there. Get better ST. Our prayers are for you and your family. A kid needs thier dad. Even more than a football team needs a player.
Santana_Fan
It feels like a family member. You don't go to bed and think something like this can happen when you wake up in the morning. Sean you and your family are in our prayers. Exactly. I know I don't know him personally, but I'm sure everybody feels like they do. I hope he'll be ok. Taylor 36
Great Thread. ted@GT
It is terrible to see news about this, and really any losses don't matter- as long as Sean is OK. Family above all else. Sean, I've got you and your family in my prayers.

Thirtyfive2seven
I agree, the season matters but not nearly as much as this man's life and the well being of his family. I hope and pray that he recovers, and I could careless about football right now. I want Sean Taylor, the man, the father of a baby girl to recover. Please God. TD Riggo
This just absolutely sickens me. I just read about it on Drudge. As a fourth-generation Floridian, I just despise Miami .. south Florida for that matter. What a total cesspool! Unfortunately, the crime wave and throngs of no-Engies are moving up the state. It is no wonder that my fellow natives have long ago departed the state for more peaceful pastures .. where they actually bother to speak English! My best wishes and prayers go towards Sean. Football is secondary .. tertiary to his recovery. <<Sorry if this got posted twice. The server is obviously undergoing severe stress.>>
