Jr or Sr? If it's Jr then don't worry because the coolest, baddest mo fo in the world was born your birthday. Me :D :applause:

JR... If it was senior he would have been president when he was 42 and I'm pretty sure that's not the case...

Her research kinda helped watson and crick along the way :)
Her x-ray diffraction photographs were instrumental in developing the double helix model, but she wasn't really screwed out of anything by Watson and Crick ... she may have had a chance at a Nobel Prize, but she tragically passed away at age 38 (4 years before Watson and Crick got their prize), and they don't give posthumous prizes.

As for my birthday:

1736 - Charles Augustin de Coulomb, French physicist (d. 1806)

1811 - Harriet Beecher Stowe, American author (d. 1896)

1925 - Pierre Salinger, John F. Kennedy's Press Secretary (d. 2004)

1928 - Che Guevara, Argentine-born revolutionary (d. 1967)

1939 - Steny Hoyer, U.S. Congressman

1946 - Donald Trump, American businessman

1952 - Pat Summitt, American basketball coach

1961 - Boy George, British singer (Culture Club)

1961 - Sam Perkins, American basketball player

1968 - Yasmine Bleeth, American actress

1969 - Steffi Graf, German tennis player

1977 - Chris McAlister, American football player

JR.

So, it's PG, ZoEd, and Jumbo so far with July 6th bdays.

I am curious to find out which birthday is the most popular amongst ES members. Is there an easier way to find out instead of having a 365 choice poll?

Doesn't matter so far July 6th is all cool people.

My bestest buddy Chris and my niece both born on July 6 and a friend of mine I was stationed with in Germany had two kids and they were both born on the 6th of July two years apart. Damn good day to be born! Guess what, all cool people. 50 Cent? Seriously, does it get any cooler than that?

July 6th is the greatest. We even lost some greats on July 6th. not something to be proud of but, something to atleast remember during that day.

Anniversaries of Deaths - July 6th:

* Buddy Ebsen (actor/dancer) died July 6, 2003. He was born April 2, 1908 and was best known for his TV role as Jed Clampett on The Beverly Hillbillies.

* Roy Rogers, Actor, Singer - died July 6, 1998 in Apple Valley, California. He was born Leonard Slye on November 5, 1911 in Duck Run, Ohio.

Also, the Republican Party was formed on this day in 1854. I am no Republican but, this is still notworthy.
