I grew up in the NYC suburbs in Connecticut SURROUNDED by obnoxious Giants fans who never credited the talent of the 1980s Skins. 2. I have attended three Redskins games at Giants Stadium. It's a toilet. 3. Giants fans who attend games have no diversity. They are nothing but a bunch of drunken overweight white men from upstate New York. Period. 4. These fans put more energy into abusing fans of the opposing team than they do cheering for their own. 5. They were horrible to Saints fans at the Saints "home game" at Giants Stadium following Hurricane Katrina -- "Hope you brought your swimmies!" 6. Lawrence Taylor... nuff said. 7. Big Blue Wrecking Crew... what a dumb name. 8. LaVar Arrington left to play for them. 9. Seeing the Cowboys win over the Skins has almost become routine. Seeing the Giants win... you never get used to it. 10. They play in Jersey. I've always despised the Cowboys, but it's so cliche, the emotion has somewhat worn off. Btw, aside from geographical problems (i can see your point) I think that the Eagles fans are worse than the Giants fans for cussing other teams. I guess cause here in NC there are alot of bandwagon Cowboy fans and dont really know anything about football and they just like to talk s*** all the time. I went to several Skins Giants game and some jackass wearing the giants blue hard hat got into a fight BOTH TIMES. What a druken mess that clown was. Regardless of what he did off the field, he was an absolute monster, and there's a reason he was feared by everyone. Plus, he gets more respect from me for being completely remorseful for breaking Theismann's leg, even though I don't really like Theismann. Giants=just growing up around giants fans and seeing how dispicable the lot is. and an honorable mention to the pats. i hate them with a passion, any of you guys going to the pats skins game?? ill find a way to go but i will GO. that will be my 1st skins game. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you are so passionate about wanting to beat the Giants, but come on, cliche is such a misnomer in this case. Dallas is our rival and always will be. Talk to any fan and they'll tell you that beating Dallas is the most important thing. We can go 2-14 (God, I hope not though) as long as we beat Dallas. I literally have to check myself once in a while and realize it's just football. That's how bad I can't stand Dallas. I don't even like the city any of it's teams or people from it. Not crazy, I just disassociate myself from anything Dallas. I have buddies that are fans, but I always raz them every chance I get...love um' as pals but hate their frickin' team. One reason to hate the Giants is Eli. Doesn't he remind you of that kid that you just wanted to punch just cuz' he looked like he deserved it? They still won't call themselves the East Rutherford Giants or the Secaucus Giants even though they play there. But its true, any NFC East team is easy to hate. But I must say, I am with you on this... 1986 was a fanyastic year...except for the fact that the Giants beat us 3 times. Damn them! They WERE the best team that year, but we were by far the 2nd best team. That 17-0 loss in the Meadowlands was the worst day of my child hood. I just hate the Giants because I think they always get way more attention than they deserve. Every year they come in overrated and over hyped.
