If the prescrip was in his doctor name to preserve privacy then he couldn't have gotten in from the pharmacy and that's illegal. Yeah viagra is nothing but come on this guy is asking for it. Since he just reached a deal with the DA on Rx fraud he must think he is above the law. Some would say it is no big deal if it were an illegal drug, like say marijuana. That is of course if it wasn't Rush. And no, I'm not defending him. It appears he broke the law, and should be punished for it.
