Yeah, that's a nice oven. I opted for this one - delivered on Sunday - Pizzello 16". I didn't want to spend too much - similar Ooni 16" is $800. This was $284 w/ peel & cover. This thing got to to 700 degrees (on the pizza stone) in ~15 minutes (propane - also has an option to use charcoal/pellets). Hot AF lol. I've never cooked on anything this hot. Yeah, burnt the **** out of both pizzas I cooked but I learned a lot. CPK Thai pizza - used leftover pork BBQ (no sauce) instead of chicken w/ peanut butter, hoisin, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar & sriracha. When they say to turn the pizza after 30-40 seconds make sure you're not distracted by your spouse telling you to look at the hummingbirds at the other corner of the patio. Oddly shaped as I was having issues getting the pizza to slide off the peel. Looking forward to round 2... Here's a good site for all things pizza. Well, several peeps failed this. Back in the day (maybe @Koolblue13 can verify) Philly had garbage pails and trash cans. Garbage pails were in the ground buckets where you dumped 'garbage' (food waste) i.e., not trash. It had a foot pedal on it to open it. The "Garbage Man" would come by once or twice a week to collect the 'garbage'. It smelled like death especially in the summer months. My grandparents lived near the "K&A" intersection in Philly (row houses a block off "The Avenue"). Garbage pails were a main part of city life back then...

Sitting on the patio with my wife this evening watching the hummingbirds at the feeder. I think they're gearing up for their long trip south (I think they fly to Mexico for the winter). The fights as they vie to perch on the hook holding the feeder (and plant) was entertaining....until 2 of them flew within 8 inches of my face chasing each other. I felt like Goose watching the MIGs fly past him in Top Gun. Those birds are fast AF!!!
