  1. I was talking to my buddy during game 4 about why don't the Bucks play Lopez and Giannis at the same time? The Suns have no way to defend it. And now they have Portis in there too? The Suns had no chance to stop them on defense and they can't get anything inside on offense really. I just hope this game isn't a blowout.
  2. Neighbor was telling me literally yesterday that the Rockville station is shutting down until like October or November or something. I'm guessing to cut costs.
  3. So what do flat earthers think about this? It can no longer be a government conspiracy that the earth is round. We now have 2 private companies who also can confirm it is round. How are they handling all of this?
  4. I can't be the only one who didn't even know that Wes Unseld Jr. existed until this coaching search right?
  5. I am not a huge fan of JP and BMitch. I don't listen to them for long periods of time but I catch them when I'm in the car on the way home from the gym. 90% of the time they are just BS'ing about their life and not even talking sports. And this is like in the middle of big events going on, like the NBA finals. It could be that the time I'm in the car is just what the time slot is for but they are always doing it. And I'm tired of heaving BMitch say "let me tell you something" 50 times in 15 minutes. I like both of them a lot, but I just don't like the dynamic they have on air together. I rather listen to 980 than them.
  6. They had his brother call in yesterday for a few minutes and his brother was even talking about how far off the deep end EB is lol. His own ****ing brother.
  7. Jesus christ will they just ****ing hire him already? He's been the front runner for like 3 weeks now. WTF is the holdup?
  8. Not sure if this has been posted here or not, but I saw this yesterday and this is worth the 40 minute watch. It is simply unreal watching this, knowing this happened right down the street in DC in the USA. It's from the New York Times basically summarizing up the whole incident in chronological order with a lot of videos.
  9. Damn right, the GOAT underwater music.
  10. Yeah but I've seen every episode of River Monsters, and the water most of those fish in has visibility of about 1". But even so, those fish are just boring to look at. They don't have any nice colors to em. They are cool looking fish don't get me wrong, but have nothing on tropical fish.
  11. While that is cool, it really isn't that exciting to me. Like it's one of those "do once" types of things, where as I could go dive the same location over and over and not get bored. There doesn't appear to be any sea life in there, and it's freshwater, so even if it was, it would be boring freshwater sea life.
  12. Article literally states that it's twins who posting a video, and only one twin is seen in the video. Gee I wonder who's foot that is... Clearly staged.
  13. I was there doing winery hopping Memorial Day weekend. We were like 20 minutes from downtown and had no problem getting Uber/Lyft coming out our way to take us downtown. We didn't take them to wineries though because they were further away. We rented a small house for 6 adults. If we could do it again I'd rather stay closer to downtown probably. Going to wineries though, they are so spread out I wouldn't have wanted to take uber back/forth to every winery and place we went. We were like 30-50 minutes away (one way) from each one we went to. I am not a wine person at all, I was there more to tag along for my wife's friends birthday celebrations, so I can't really comment on the wine. My favorite one we hit up was Mount Ida as someone mentioned. It's definitely a more upscale winery than any other one I had been to. It had some nice views up there too. Food was kinda nothing special and I expected more from such a fancy place though. I also went to Veritas and "meh", I didn't think much of that place. It was just kind of outside in a field. Nothing wrong with it, just felt like any other winery I've ever been to. I can't remember the name of the last one we went to but it was Dave Matthew's winery. It again felt kinda "meh" to me. Again, nothing wrong with it but just nothing special about it either. We also went to a distillery called Ragged Branch which had some awesome views as well up on this hill. I'm also not a bourbon drinker but had a flight there and it was not bad. The places we ate for dinner were forgettable and I don't even remember what they were called so I won't even bother mentioning them.
  14. Then why is KD and Lopez and Embiid good at free throws? It is a ****ing joke that an NBA player is as bad at free throws as someone like Giannis. It's something he should be able to work on and correct almost overnight. His stupid ass routine is such a waste of time and it clearly doesn't work so change that **** up.
  15. I was at Evo when it was new and PR Balrog made an incredible comeback. I was never good at that game, too much **** going on, but I loved watching it.
  16. Just quoting this so you all can't say that I'm the only one who plays old AF games.
  17. They showed Moss 2 as the first game in the State of Play. That game is going to be incredible just like the first one! Too bad no release date was given so doubtful it's this year. It's the only game they showed that I'm really interested in. A couple of the indie games may be good too.
  18. My buddy told me about Fallen Order a couple weeks ago on Gamepass and for some reason I thought it was some kind of KOTOR game which I hate. When he told me it wasn't I googled it and saw the video of it and it looked awesome, and this was right after the PS5/XSX versions came out. Last week I bought it for $13 on PS Store. I'm like 4 hours in and it's pretty damn awesome. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan or anything and I think it's pretty awesome. Definitely worth checking out regardless of being a SW fan or not.
  19. It's for people who don't have it yet for the most part. It's also not a "new console" it's a hardware revision, kind of a long the lines of how there were like 5 different PSX versions before the PSOne came out. I say kind of along those lines because the different PSX versions didn't change anything, whereas this does change some things slightly that are mainly QOL improvements. I mean if you didn't have a Switch yet and were to buy one, which one are you going to get? I'd think most people would spend the extra $50 and get a larger display and larger storage. The new kickstand and LAN port are not really anything worth mentioning though. I also think it's fairly obvious that this is going to phase out the current Switch at some point in the not too distant future and will be the only one available, probably with a $50 price drop down to $300 when that does happen and the current ones aren't even being made anymore. You also have to remember that Nintendo doesn't sell consoles at a loss like Sony and MS do. I'm sure in the long run the cost of the new screen/storage will go down which will probably in turn make the console price drop down to $300 at that point too.
  20. Then do something different. It doesn't have to be just try 2 things and they both fail and go "oh well we tried that is it!" Try zone or something. I don't know I'm not an NBA coach. If what they keep trying isn't working, you gotta try something different. And that is why I see it as a huge coaching issue.
