    Good for him, that is a very generous move on his part, regardless of what I thought of him as the owner of the skins.

    I wouldn't even bother with planks they are a waste of time when there are better exercises, Just start with normal crunches and then leg lifts as well. That is a decent start for your front core. I'd recommend just walking for like 30 minutes a day if you can to. You work your core just walking around. And it sounds like you want to lose weight so that would help with that as well. If you are looking to lose weight though, that's mainly done in the kitchen.

    Haha I had it on TV and it was such a cluster****. It completely ruined the flow of the game.

    Everyone except Bruce Allen and Dan Snyder knew that Kirk Cousins was the guy and was a franchise QB. EVERYBODY. But then those clowns completely ****ed that up and let him walk for absolutely nothing. So aside from him, who everyone knew was a franchise QB except the guys running the show, what other QB did we let go during the Snyder era that went on to have a "great career" as you put it, elsewhere?

    Good riddance Howell. It was fun while it lasted. But he had all year to prove he was "the guy" and he basically did nothing but regressed. He led us to 4 whole wins and like the most picks thrown in the NFL. He sucks. As Sheehan said, "if you don't know if you have your QB, you don't have your QB." And yeah, with him he clearly wasn't the guy.

    I've been watching some Wiz the past few games and it's just embarrassing half the time. Yesterday they had a 3-1 fast break and messed it up and then the Rockets came down on their own break and hit a 3 pointer. Stuff like that was happening all night lol. The body language of most of the team is awful too. Like you can tell most of them are just going through the motions.

    No he didn't. Wilt had 35 and Gafford missed his first shot last night after having 33 in a row.

    Yah the MF felted my Fan Duel account (didn't have much in there since I just withdrew most of it). At least he gave a good sweat in the 4th though.

    Well yeah that is nothing new with this team lol. They aren't exactly known as having the best GM or oganization in the league or anything.

    I mean dude is out there playing with Luka and Kyrie instead of Kuzma and Deni. I think anyone would do better playing with the former.

    Aside from that dude, who else has turned on him? Him and BMitch are entertaining to me. I can understand people not liking the way he talks sometimes though because he does leave long ass pauses between thoughts sometimes, but I'm assuming sometimes it's because someone is chirping in his ear. What are his bad takes?

    I know exactly what you meant and I still won't support that crap. i'm not paying $10+ more for the physical copy of a game I have most likely already beaten by the time it comes out. Usually those LRG games are the $20 indie digital games anyways, but they will charge like $40 or $50 for them just because they can. No thanks.

    I don't support that **** either. I'm not paying extra for some manufactured limited run physical copy. Literally the ONLY game I paid more for physical was Dead Cells on Switch. It was $25 in store and $20 digital (at the time). I had never played a rogue like game prior so I wasn't sure if it was something I would enjoy, so I got the physical in case I didn't like it and could at least sell it to get some money back. In general though those little indie games are basically one and done for me anyways, I never go back to them, and since they are so cheap, I'm not worried about selling them if I don't like them to recoup some of my money.

    The only time I get a digital game is if it's the only way it is available, like the smaller indie games. Anything that I can purchase in the store though, I get on physical.

    A caller just called in and basically asked the Junks why they didn't push back on that, and they said they disagreed with John's take but they were not in confrontation mood this morning so they didn't say anything back. Both Lurch and EB disagreed with his take but just kept their mouth shut.

    Yah a role player is definitely what he is, would probably come off the bench on the top teams though, not even start. Regardless of those stats, I watch a bit and follow the wizards quite closely, and he is too up and down. I find those numbers misleading, regardless of them being true. If you go 5/6 from the 3 and score 20 points, then next game you go 1/6 and score 5, it's just not consistent enough. His points production is just so up and down and you can't rely on him to be productive night in and out. Everyone (not saying you, but like just the overall vibe) though he "arrived" after he scored 40, then came out and scored 5 points the next game. That 40 game was a fluke.

    If Deni and Kispert are who you are building around, then you are ****ed from the get go lol. Kispert isn't even a starter HERE. Think about how "not good" you are if you can't even start on the Wizards. And Deni would be on the bench on any competent team.

    First 2 episodes of Shogun was pretty awesome. I will definitely be watching it weekly. My only "complaint" if I call it that, more that I just find it kinda goofy, is that when they are speaking English in the show they are "supposed" to be speaking in Portuguese. And they like keep reminding you that lol. But I guess they didn't want the show 100% subtitled so they went that route.
