  1. A caller just called in and basically asked the Junks why they didn't push back on that, and they said they disagreed with John's take but they were not in confrontation mood this morning so they didn't say anything back. Both Lurch and EB disagreed with his take but just kept their mouth shut.
  2. On a more positive note, I agree with this 100%.
  3. I know right. By this logic, I cannot wait to see the Celtics beat the Bucks by 87 points.
  4. LOL I know, I already called his a fluke in the Wiz thread. They aren't even close. https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/deni-avdija-and-sengun-points-comparison
  5. Who's 40 piece is more of a fluke - Deni's or Sengun's?
  6. Yah a role player is definitely what he is, would probably come off the bench on the top teams though, not even start. Regardless of those stats, I watch a bit and follow the wizards quite closely, and he is too up and down. I find those numbers misleading, regardless of them being true. If you go 5/6 from the 3 and score 20 points, then next game you go 1/6 and score 5, it's just not consistent enough. His points production is just so up and down and you can't rely on him to be productive night in and out. Everyone (not saying you, but like just the overall vibe) though he "arrived" after he scored 40, then came out and scored 5 points the next game. That 40 game was a fluke.
  7. If Deni and Kispert are who you are building around, then you are ****ed from the get go lol. Kispert isn't even a starter HERE. Think about how "not good" you are if you can't even start on the Wizards. And Deni would be on the bench on any competent team.
  8. TIL: Someone doesn't know how to spell douchebag.
  9. First 2 episodes of Shogun was pretty awesome. I will definitely be watching it weekly. My only "complaint" if I call it that, more that I just find it kinda goofy, is that when they are speaking English in the show they are "supposed" to be speaking in Portuguese. And they like keep reminding you that lol. But I guess they didn't want the show 100% subtitled so they went that route.
  10. Since google and meriam webster disagrees with you, I think you should just take the L on this one. https://www.google.com/search?q=non+professional+definition https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/nonprofessional
  11. How convenient that a camera basically on a tripod is facing these 2 people and perfectly zoomed in after the incident. That's definitely not staged.
  12. Bro says he's addicted to fast food and wonders why he can't lose weight lol. You also can't target where you lose your body fat. You can't control it. The 3 areas in men that typically store the most body fat are your belly, your lower back, and under your pecs. Not trying to be a debby downer or anything, but riding a bike for 20 minutes, especially depending on the intensity, isn't going to be somethign that is going to have you dropping pounds especially if you aren't changing your diet. And i know you say you are working back from an injury so just go as slow as you need to in order to build it back up. If you want to lose weight, then change your diet. 80% or more of losing weight is in the kitchen. The rest is in exercising. You can lose weight easily without even doing any cardio. That is how I typically lose weight when I lean up. Right now though I am trying to lean up and keep my muscle/strength loss as minimal as possible so I've started doing LISS 2-3 times a week on my off days from lifting. So far over 3 weeks I've lost 4-5 pounds which is the rate I'm looking to go at. I am trying to sustain about 1.5 - 2 pounds a week so this is right on par with that rate. I also cleaned up my diet a bit and basically cut out all the junk food that I was eating before, which wasn't too much, but it was some. I was also dirty bulking before and would eat whatever I wanted. I do let loose a bit on the weekends and am not as strict but during the week I am pretty strict.
  13. I was watching that game and the whole sequence from when Kyrie scored to put them down by 1 with like 29 seconds left was just crazy. It's more crazy if you see the full context from then on. There was a big no-call against the mavs where Garland was CLEARLY fouled. Then they inbounded the ball and fumbled it out of bounds with like 10 seconds left and the mavs had the ball back down 1. And that is basically when that video starts above.
  14. I don't think in this day and age where it's all about money they do that. I don't know if you had been following the GPU prices the past year or two, but those things were in short supply and because of that prices sky rocketed. Components are just in major demand so I can see this being a real issue.
  15. The tweet you posted, literally says that is what they are doing.
  16. Speaking of Souls games, this game just looks to be sounding better and better to me. This is most likely a day 1 purchase for me.
  17. I mean yeah they are harmless, but it's also a waste of time in the end so I'd rather not play them again. Two button clicks makes that happen. And yeah it can happen especially if you play at the same time often.
  18. It's honestly hard to get a feel for what they are like until you play one. The first one I played was Dead Cells based on what I had heard/seen about it and I quickly was hooked on it. Once I played it a bit I was like "ooooh okay now I get why people like these." Oh and typically speaking, they are pretty difficult, and you will die a lot.
  19. Have you played any of them before or just seen videos of them? The premise is that you do a run and after you die you start over. But in that run, you gain stuff that is permanent to your character so the next time you go, you have something that is slightly better. And then you make it just ever so slightly further. They also typically have some kind of currency that you keep long term and ones that you lose after each run. But in those runs, you will have the option to purchase stuff (which will be different every run) that will help you. Alot of the stuff you purchase is a balancing act as well. Same with all of the free power ups you get. Also most of them a procedurally generated so you won't get the same exact run ever. Every time you play, something will be different. Then after you "beat" it and finish a run and make it all the way to the end, even more stuff unlocks that will make you more powerful, but since the next time you play it, it won't be the same game, you may not finish it again. Or it will unlock a new difficulty. They definitely aren't for everyone, but they also can be pretty addicting. I was pretty into Dead Cells for a while and Hades was also fantastic.
