  1. I just snapped this video for a buddy on a discord server and thought some of you may appreciate it.

  3. These bums are 1-7 in their last 8, and that 1 was barely squeaking out a win against the Red Wings. And this is when they knew they controlled their own destiny to get into the dance. Even if they luck box into the playoffs they are doing nothing. It would probably annoy me more if they made the playoffs because then I'd have some false glimmer of hope.
  4. An "out of the box" suggestion would be Baba Is You. It is single player but it is a very strange puzzle game that you could all work together to try and solve. One person would be controlling it though but then you all could just work together to solve the puzzles. I will say though, it gets VERY difficult later on. I actually never finished it because I got stuck on it. Mario Strikers is another one I just thought about. It's the Mario soccer game. There isn't much to it as far as a lot of content but if you all like sports, you can all play together on a team. I believe it's actually 3v3 and it's like Mario Kart for soccer.
  5. They've already told you about Mario Party so I won't go into it much more. I have both of them on Switch. I honestly don't remember the difference between them aside from different mini games, but I can tell you, with the normal one (not Superstars), it can take a while to finish. There is A LOT of downtime in that game between mini games. Just everything moves slow and you see the same repetitive menus and there is no way to speed it up. I think the lowest score you can play is a 10 turn game, and that takes like 45-60 mins to finish. Even if you play 1 player, the CPU plays the other 3 characters so it's always 4 players. But, I enjoyed playing it with my son because he's into it and it was a way for us to spend time together. I'd be lying though if I said sometimes after a while that game didn't feel like a drag. However, you can also just play the mini games without the whole board game aspect if you want, so just keep that in mind.

  7. The Louvre is one of the most boring places I've ever been to on earth lol. We really only went there because we were in Paris and it's one of the things to do there. The Mona Lisa has to be the most overrated piece of art in the history of mankind. It was also annoying how crowded it was there and everyone trying to take selfies from behind the rope that keeps people like 20 feet away from the tiny painting. I didn't know it was so tiny until I saw it in person.

  10. I know a lot of you don't like the Junkies, but this morning they had Chris Webber on and it was fantastic radio. He was coming on for a segment and he ended up sticking around for a second one. I had to go into my office before the 2nd one started but the first one was a great listen. He has a new book out that he's promoting so that is why he was on.

  15. These bums don't even deserve to be in the playoffs anyways. What a ****ty power play as usual. I simply do not understand how they have better offense when it is 5v5 than they do 5v4. Even the commentators were saying how the Caps need to put more shots on goal and go for rebounds and stuff, instead of doing all these stupid cute passes.

  18. Not sure if you read my spoiler or not. I have no problem with the outcome. It was the vehicle they used to come to that outcome. I don't think it could have possibly been dumber and more facepalm worthy than the way they did it.
  19. The very very end of this past weeks episode of Shogun was so damn stupid. Like a facepalm worthy moment. I loved the episode after the kinda boringflashback episode prior, but damn why did it have to end like that.

Loading isn't 100% necessary but it will get your muscles full of water quicker than it would if you didn't load, so you will start seeing the effects of it quicker, and there is a maximum amount of water your cells can hold. So getting there as quick as possible is the most beneficial if your goal is to get bigger and stronger as efficiently as possible.
  21. The creatine mix I've had the best results with is Celltech. I'm still using it now. I've also used normal creatine monohydrate mixed with some BCAAs and while I noticed some results, I get better results with Celltech and the premixed blend it comes with. If you do use anything, make sure you following the loading phase that it recommends. It helps.
  22. Losing 15lbs of fat and gaining 10lbs of muscle simply is not going to happen at the same time, sorry to break the news to you. Losing 15lbs of fat takes a significant calorie deficit over time, and gaining 10lbs of muscle takes a significant calorie surplus over time. You would be better off bulking up like 15-20lbs and then cutting down like 10-15lbs. At your size, I would go for more than 1gram of protein per body weight if you want to put on size. And add in some type of creatine blend as well. You also did not mention your workout routine because that will also play a crucial role. But you also aren't mentioning your total calorie intake. If you say you eat 2 meals and one is 700 calories, I'm assuming your second one is close to that. You aren't going to be gaining any mass at 1400 calories a day no matter how much of it is protein. I also don't think you realize how much mass that actually is. 10 pounds of pure muscle is a lot, especially when you are 170lbs. For what it's worth, on my working out journey from when I was 19 until now where I am at 42, 5'11, and I started at about 160lbs and have been 218lbs at my heaviest. The past 15 or so years I have been fluctuating between like 200-215 just depending on what my goal is at the time. So I know a thing or two about putting on mass and losing weight. There is a lot of stuff I wish I knew early on for like the first 7 years where I was doing stuff wrong.
  23. If you want to gain weight, you need to up calorie intake. If you are in a calorie deficit, you aren't going to gain weight (mass). If you want to lose weight, then you can stick to your calorie deficit but try to maximize your protein intake. Based on what you are posting, you are not eating nearly enough food to try and put on any size, regardless of taking creatine or not. And yes I realized that if you are starting out working out you can build muscle and get cut at the same time, but that won't last more than a couple months and you will benefit much more if you just start out doing it properly where you try to bulk first and then lean up after.
