Will Venezuela invade Guyana, and what should we do
The 12th Commandment replied to Riggo-toni's topic in The Tailgate
Used to be the threat of a cruise missile or two and a large ship just off shore, would be all it took to dissuade a guy like Maduro. -
I found V to be a load of fun. Playing those characters, who I admittedly didn't like, made it a Tarantino movie almost, it let me be a legit bad guy whereas I have a hard time doing that in games like RDR2 where I actually do like the character.

Read about the Encomienda system. Simplified: Spain and Portugal sent single men to rule and remove as much gold, silver and other resources as possible sending it all back to Europe. Single men gonna do what they're gonna do so we get mestizos. England, Holland and France sent/allowed/encouraged families to come and colonize.

My Ag's are giving Liberty all they can handle in Lynchburg at the moment. One of those games that makes college football so great. -
Him singing The Band Played Waltzing Matilda is the most poignant version of the most poignant war song. Rip your heart to shreds. Amazing. RIP

That's pretty awesome, Bang. -
So my wife gets Elli a shirt that says "I'd rather be a diamond in a rhinestone world". I say it makes her look like trailer park trash... running with it 😂

Best part of Cyberpunk. Rolling up on a group of street punks commiting some crime with a seriously overpowered shotgun and laying waste to them. I spent a few afternoons just doing that. The story is ok, though I never connected with V like I did Geralt. Overall a good time. The recent changes to the character building UIs made it much better. There are few sniper friendly missions that are challenging and fun.

RIP Mrs Carter. Met her when I was a kid on a field trip to the National Archives. Class act.

All right then. I continue to think he isn't a person that should be underestimated. He has an immense potential to do harm to our democracy and the platform to do it. It's like Fox news with no reigns at all. It's pretty clear that this country has a contingent of millions that are highly susceptible to that sort of nonsense. He's demonstrated that he can live with not making money off that platform and it refuses to go away. I think it is the safer play to assume he's not as moronic as some of his actions make him out to be.

I don't mean to be contrary but wouldn't that fall under self-indulgent and egotistical? The rest is spot on. I had to design GIS, and associated UIs, systems in my previous life. Small scale stuff compared to what you're probably talking about, but testing with the end user was always enlightening.
