  1. That is an ugly QB class after Maye and Williams. Shedeur has faced ****ty competition thus far, Penix os a walking injury, Ewers is not very good and Nix would have been like QB10 had he come out
  2. The lack of depth here really pisses me off. We’ve heard from Keim two seasons in a row that they knew they needed to address it in the draft and they did nothing last year or this year. If Davis or Barton go down, the depth behind these two is sketchy
  3. The goal is to put 15-20 pounds on him and clean his technique up. He is an excellent athlete and that should offset some of the worries about length (33” is arguably still in the acceptable range)
  4. It is entirely possible none of these guys are on the team in 2024. C- sounds about right and it would be a D or F if it weren’t for Curl
  5. The OLs are Leno, Paul, Stromberg, Cosmi, Wylie, Lucas, Daniels, Gates and Charles with Larsen on PUP
  6. I don’t mind taking Stromberg in rd 3. He was the last bigger center left. I think that Stromberg and Tippman are the two centers from this class who have Pro Bowl upside as these two have both size and the athleticism
  7. Guess he is not going to out “Toohill” Toohill. I wonder who is getting cut to make space for Henry. I think they keep 9 DLs. WBK is a goner for sure. However, one of Toohill, JSW and Obada has to go. If you think he can play some 3 tech but not the LB stuff, that would hurt JSW and Obada more than Toohill
  8. For those of you who studied the hybrid slot position in greater detail, how much better is Quan Martin than someone like. Jakorian Bennett or JT Skinner?
  9. I am in the B- range as well. We came away with a good likelihood of at least 3 future starters with 2 of those guys probably being Day 1 starters. However, 2 out of those 3 are non premium positions (hybrid slot and center). I hate what they did on Day 3. I am really annoyed that for the second year in a row, they have decided to punt on off ball LB depth in the draft. Keim gets it. He is going to have a pod next week explaining some of the thinking behind that.
  10. It is a BPA at position of need approach and being somewhat cognizant of the depth at certain positions (the Strommy pick being an example)
  11. Bottom line is these guys don’t understand value but we have 3 guys with a good line of sight to being starters this year or next year I will add that Forbes has very high Pro Bowl upside because of how the league values INTs over all else from corners
  12. Gates can play either guard or center. I personally think of him as the new Schweitzer. Primary interior backup
  13. I think 5th and beyond are their experimental rounds - the Howell pick is the tell. If Dawand is still there at our 5th, all bets are off A big center like Stromberg will help against the interior pressure that the Eagles and Giants can bring
  14. He was @KDawg’s favorite center in the draft. @Kdawg is an OL coach
  15. Larsen is automatic PUP. Exactly what they did last year and they will do the same this year You have a hard on for Nystrom
  16. It’s funny. These guys never take the guys we want in rds 1 and 2 and then start drafting them after
  17. He’d be a disappointing pick. If anything, Payne needs more snaps as a 3 tech
  18. Keim keeps saying they like off ball LBs in Day 3. Stromberg did come in for a top 30 visit. They have to know there is a major dropoff at center after Stromberg/Wypler and, if you are looking for position flex, Stromberg has to be the guy
