  1. There is a decent chance he will be there in rd 2. I think JMS goes before hin
  2. He’s probably veteran practice squad depth. Important they build that out this year
  3. Agreed. They are waiting to see how the draft shakes out. They did cut Moses after signing Leno and drafting Cosmi in 2021 (a major mistake in hindsight)
  4. Absolutely. The guy may be the best athlete of the interior OL. Highest upside center in the draft. I think he started as a tackle before moving to center so he is a guy who may benefit from sitting a year if needed
  5. Yep. Wasn’t the catch probability on that play something like 10%?
  6. He made watching this team a lot more fun when he was in. My personal top 3 for him: 1) The pylon dive in the playoff game 2) The bomb to Terry in Indy this year 3) The gamewinner to McKissic vs Atlanta in 2021
  7. Isn’t Banks a lot cleaner than Ringo? I think what hurts Banks relative to the top 3 is he missed his sophomore season so there are really only two seasons of tape on him with one of those being his true freshman season
  8. Consensus on Wright is that he is a RT. Not sure he has the athleticism to play RT I think they like Dawand’s mindset and cerebral approach. It comes through in this interview https://thedraftnetwork.com/senior-bowl-2023-dawand-jones-interview/
  9. If Brissett is Walker’s best friend, that helps, as does our DL being better. Yes, they have Garrett but their DTs are smaller dudes who could not stop the run and Clowney is gone. This is the perfect place for a LB to sign a 1 year prove it deal and then get paid (not quite the same scenario but Holcomb was one of the few off ball LBs to lock up a 3 year deal) Walker likely starts over Barton at MIKE if he plays like his 2021 self. He’s a cerebral player who has played that MIKE role longer
  10. Makes sense. They were in Indy together for a while. Think we should be able to get Walker at under $3M AAV
  11. Jay-Z would be an attractive addition as someone who could potentially woo free agents but could care less about what McConaughey brings to the table
  12. Keim was saying they saw Tranquill as a hybrid LB / big buffalo nickel if he were to come here. If Walker comes here, I wonder if they see him as the every down MIKE and Barton in that 3rd LB/big buffalo role
  13. I agree. They went a tad high on Payne too relative to what Hargrave got from the look of it by a million or 2 million dollars. That’s fine though Agreed on Seumalo if Wylie ends up at guard. For a league average RT salary, Wylie’s $8M AAV seems ok. They also overpaid on Gates relative to Pocic. It could also be the “bad franchise tax” (a term Michael Phillips likes to use)
  14. My prayers are hopefully getting answered. Wanted either Walker or Morrow. Walker has the advantage of being an extremely strong leader. He has been a beloved leader in the Browns’ locker room Maybe they were talking with him then and he just preferred Cleveland. They did not make any real moves in FA at LB since Rivera has been here. Perhaps, their biggest move has been KPL. They may be coming to the realization that they need 3 starter level players
  15. They are missing Dawand so it’s 5 total This guy is Cole Turner
  16. Yep. That was from Mike Renner when he was on Take Command. He made it that EB's offense didn't necessitate having studs at tackle and that KC's studs were on the interior between Thuney, Smith and Humphrey. It's why I wouldn't be shocked if they took Skoronski to play guard or Torrence.
  17. @SoCalSkins You do realize that publicly available “net worths” of individuals are oftentimes incorrect right, especially for a guy like Harris who has interests in a lot of illiquid private entities?
  18. Yep. This is one of the most asinine takes I’ve heard on this board. Perhaps we can start with the fact that this team is worth triple what the Sixers are
  19. Harris has a long track record as a business leader as a cofounder of one of the leading private equity firms and as a guy who had led or been a part of at least three ownership groups of sports teams.
  20. This is a steal for Cooks. He demanded a trade last season so the Texans didn’t have much leverage
