Presidential Election :11/3/2020- Putin's Impeachable Puppet vs The Rise of BootyWalker & some other Dems

I like Harris, but an intriguing option I've seen floated that checks the geographic box is Val Demmings, congresswoman from the 10th district of FL and former chief of police for Orlando. http://www.valdemings.com/ -
I think they are going to be plenty of disappointed people, when the makes an appearance. Bruce is still here and isn't going anywhere.
-
I didn't like him as a captain and the plot twist, showed why that was.

"I was in the best shape of my life! Thank god that's over with."

You are a gentleman and a scholar kind sir. But too late.

Will never forget how I stopped smoking the greenery for a month-and-a-half because I thought they would drug test me. Jogged anytime I could. Ate low calorie, was shredded. Still was extremely concerned. No drug test. Meanwhile, drugs that are worse leave your system lickity split. Tf.

2019 WORLD SERIES CHAMPION Washington Nationals Thread (Strasburg has re-signed, 7 yrs $245m))

This would be a fringe playoff team at best without its starting pitching and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We've built a franchise off great pitching, and giving Stras the payday he deserves is completely on brand. We may not pay Harper types, but if you can rack up wins from the mound in your playoff starts, you'll get your money. -
A tie would have been good for the Eagles. They cannot win the division without winning it outright. So getting to 8-7-1 (against the Cowboys at 8-8) would have been as good as being 9-7.
-
Really? Why - curious as I thought that he was the best thing about season 1 (Really enjoyed the plot twist).

I wonder if their will be a January debate. The Senate trial will likely be going on then. Whatever remaining Senators still in, can't really prep for a debate. It's possible the trial will be in primetime. -
Front runner in Dan's mind only. Any coach worth their salt will tell Dan no.

" The Patriots have admitted that a video crew they sent to Sunday’s Bengals-Browns game violated league policy by filming the field from the press box. But the team says it was a mistake, not an attempt to cheat. Because of their history, the Patriots may not get the benefit of the doubt. In 2007, the Patriots were docked a first-round draft pick after they were caught taping the Jets’ coaches’ signals. This violation could result in more league discipline. " Link Taping the Browns, c'mon !

Yep. It’s funny how after watching you ES posters for over a decade, if Skins were in this position (came back from 10 points down and won) It would be a celebration and “ we’re hot and were winning out!” narrative. But because it’s the Eagles it’s “ horrible team and not happening “. The rational Skins fans agree , since you suck horribly and can’t win this Division (unless it’s a strike year or it’s handed to you) oh sheet!!!! The only other team that can win it is the Pukes( But you would rather THEY win than the Birds) Makes me feel good about my team. When Skin fans are rooting for Pukes over us , must mean we’re doing something good. Man than SB win is so fresh. No VHS tapes. No “ remember when’s”. It’s so recent - my kids still have the memories. ( And they have the memory bank of a “Alzheimer’s patient”). No Ill intent with that comment. as many of which my wives patients work with in hospice. Poor Skins fans just hate and hate. Only memory they have recently is rooting against other nfce teams. Sad. Keep up the hate. The KARMA is piling up.

If they let him get away he will probably land somewhere else and be very successful. They need to figure a way to keep him even if he is not going to be GM at this point. Obviously he is very talented

As a Russian bot, she does prefer the red states. -
I stand corrected lol, thanks spjunkies. But the other thing with Alex is in all his rehab, it looked like Alex's goal wasn't just to be healthy enough to cash his next check. He looks like he wants to play. I still can't see him agreeing to put on a suit and tie and going to NFL GM meetings representing the team when he still has the fight in him to try to be a starting QB again. He's a great guy, but he'd have to be living saint to forfeit millions of dollars from the team to save the team cap money, even if there's going to be a sketchy IOU at the end of it.
-
Yeah my feeling is also. If that part is not broken, don't mess it up. But really depends on who they bring in. If it's an outside GM with experience. I could see him want to bring in his own guys. A fresh restart. Instead of just be GM. Timing of this move is great. We need to make the GM move quick to start working towards a new HC. Otherwise you get into coach process with two openings and are forced to do these combo deals. I rather have a GM that hires the best guy instead of the guy he knows best.

Except it wasn't Rizzo who made the players do this. According to this: https://www.masnsports.com/nationals-pastime/2019/11/nationals-players-give-out-61-full-postseason-shares.html it was the players who took upon themselves to spread some monetary love and recognize some people that made a difference for them. Regardless, still a damn good gesture and good hearts these players have. Love'em all. -
Bienemy and Meyer make sense. There is a connection between them and Alex Smith. I can see it having legs.
-
I get trading down and don't necessarily oppose it. But I also think we lack top end firepower. Those once a draft kind of guys: Christian McCaffery, Nick Bosa, Aaron Donald types. If Chase Young were there at two, I would take him. Yes you need to be solid through the middle of your roster, but you also need an uber freak star or two. Those type of guys make other guys better so there's a multiplying effect to having them.
-
That's the brightest spot on this entire team, the scouting department. Yes, I would love for Smith to become our GM and let him pick the next HC.
-
Okay let me try to bring something serious in. What do we think of the structure behind Bruce? I think college scouting is doing a above average job. Do you want to keep them? I wouldn't mind to push Smith to a bigger role and see where it goes.

Don't sleep on Gibran Hamdan's role in this rebuild.
