Utah
Clearly something about our Dline that our coaching staff likes.
Monte51Coleman
Apparently only the fans are in a panic over the D line.

JWB
Maybe the coaches think these guys will fall to the sixth round?

It looks like its that and they fact that we want the offensive line to be very deep and talented. The offensive line is going to just straight up overpower people, watch. The Hogs were like that too, and it all makes sense in that Portis is in my opinion going to top 2000 yards this year. Watch.

wskin44
He's projected on the right side, not left, so Samuels won't be affected.
BigBCherney
Who's to say that since they didn't draft a D-Lineman that it means they are happy with the D-Line? This is a weak draft for D-Line. Maybe they thought is wasn't smart to draft a D-Lineman in the 5th round who wasn't worthy enough for the pick? Maybe they really liked Wilson. Who knows. All I know is that this is no evidence that they are happy with the D-Line.
SlobberKnockinFootball
But don't we already have Kenyatta Jones, Brandon Winey and Samuels on top of that? I know when you get to this stage in the draft these guys are locks into making the roster.... But I thought we had enough OT help right now...Just my opinion though.. But If Buges was geeking for this guy..then I'm in Bugel's camp..

Fred Jones
This could be a best player available pick. Maybe the skins had this guy as the top guy left on their board. This guy could provide depth along the Oline.
DeaconBlue
It actually kinda makes sense to me. I can't count how many times in the past 10 years or so that our entire offense has been hamstrung by an injury and a lack of depth on the line. It'll be nice to have a decent O-line and the ability to plug holes when they happen too. We could have used D-line help but I take this one anyhow.
NavyDave
Sounds more like a backup for Jansen

Even if the FO is happy with the d-line - which is a very sketchy claim - how about drafting for depth on our amazing defensive line?!
sashae
Hmm, for depth purposes on OL, who do we have now? Starters: LT Samuels LG Dockery (Fiore? Walker?) C Raymer RG Thomas RT Jansen Backups: LT Winey LG Fiore/Walker C Friedmann RG Walker? RT Wilson That right? -s
RedskinPride27
Wasnt real surprised that we picked a backup OL. Coach Bugel sees this kid as someone that could bring depth and help the line. Seems that Gibbs is gonna rely on the UDFAs or the sixth rounder for pass rush.
BD
Looks like a guy with good physical tools but raw and needs to bulk up a bit. Can you say backup? I wish they could've nabbed Lavalais. BD

The X-Factor
Why not take Peters here? He can be either a OT or a TE. And he is a mammouth.

atloldskin
Exactly. And with Brunnell, a lefthander, that makes it the weak side tackle not the strong side tackle.
