Felonius Trump isn't getting off free. He's taken considerable damage from state charges and convictions. I fully expect the MAGA SCOTUS to kick it back down to the lower courts, fwiw. Any ruling in Trump's favor now also gives Biden those same powers.

If president gets immunity, Biden should order that Trump be eliminated.  He’s a threat to democracy and that threat must be eliminated.

I think the lower court gets to decide what is an 'unofficial act'...but in the long run it won't matter because Trump will just appeal their decision to the Supremes again.
