Felonius Trump isn't getting off free. He's taken considerable damage from state charges and convictions. I fully expect the MAGA SCOTUS to kick it back down to the lower courts, fwiw. Any ruling in Trump's favor now also gives Biden those same powers.

If Biden did that then he is exactly the person the Republicans have been claiming he is the last four (and more) years.

District court will have to decide but my guess, Trump will appeal and ultimately Supremes will rule in Donny’s favor.

 

I think Trump should be happy.
