LadySkinsFan
These "rules" should be laws, so we can get rid of these corrupt politicians. And impeach judges because I am sure that there are a flock of corrupt judges confirmed by the Senate since January 2017.

China
‘Back door’ line item could privatize parts of Liberty State Park Despite calls from legislators and open space advocates, Gov. Phil Murphy has signed a three-month budget extension bill including language that could lead to the privatization of parts of state parks like Liberty State Park. The 111-page measure, which funds the state until Sept. 30, includes a line item on page 95 which would allow the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to solicit companies to make investments in state parks, including through leaseholds. It states, “On or before September 1, 2020, the Department of Environmental Protection shall issue a solicitation to engage the private for-profit and nonprofit sector in reducing maintenance and capital investment backlog and environmental remediation at state parks in order to facilitate enhanced cultural, recreational, and local economic opportunities for New Jersey residents through appropriate means including leaseholds.” Advocates for Liberty State Park have been fighting privatization attempts for years. Most recently the owner of the private neighboring Liberty National golf course has sought to place some of its holes on Caven Point, a natural wildlife habitat. Director of the New Jersey Sierra Club Jeff Tittel said that Gov. Murphy has given the golf course owner a “green light” to move in, and Tittel called on the governor to direct the DEP to prevent giving out leaseholds. “If he cares about protecting the public trust, then he needs to uphold that public trust,” Tittel said. skinsmarydu
Damn. I let my aging dad, who had alzheimer's, beat me at chess. My mom giggled very quietly watching. Probably the quickest game either of us had ever played. I feel so full of suck. 🙄😄

It's "for animal lovers," he adds by way of explanation.

He needs to just admit that's he's gay, stop with the "I'm bi-sexual" BS, his best shot of moving on from this incident is him being 100% honest. LadySkinsFan
Maybe he is bisexual and not strictly homosexual. That is a thing. Sounds like he's one of the downlow guys who are married and see men on the side. Although I said I was bisexual for about six months until I just admitted to myself that I hated relationships and sex with men. Sometimes it takes longer especially if you have a whole life (marriage/children) that gets disrupted by coming out.

skinsmarydu
Every time I see Jackie Speier (D-CA), I'm in complete awe. She survived multiple gunshot wounds on the runway in Jonestown all those years ago, and she's still out there kickin ass. Mad props. ✌ 1

@DCGoldPants
I want to give a little love to Jimmy Carter on his 96th Birthday, who for a long time was mocked for being this awful President..... which isn't true. He wasn't a great president and probably only average. But, that's not the point. He earned his way into the US Naval Academy and eventually became an Executive Office in the Navy. After this he took over the family farm that was nearly broke and Carter took classes on agriculture while his wife did the bookkeeping. Turning it all around into a successful business. Even if you skip his years in Politics in Georgia and then POTUS. What he's done since leaving the WH 40 years ago. Working for causes of humanity, peace, etc. He may have the greatest post-Presidential "career" of any President in the history of this country. Happy Birthday #39. You've lived a truly American Life. and don't worry, I can think of two Presidents since you who were terrible and should be ranked well below you. 3
