Burgold
It was a good, sober, serious interview. President Obama represented all of us well.
The 12th Commandment
What a great interview. First thing I thought of when it was done was I had to watch the Lee Greenwood video. This version is particularly poignant. oZIApwWq1AU
#98QBKiller
It was a good, sober, serious interview. President Obama represented all of us well. I agree. Saw it last night on tv. Very good interview.
zoony
I thought it was a great interview. However I don't believe him when he says he didn't tell Michelle . I also loved Andy Rooney's perspective at the end. If you haven't read My War, I suggest you do. 60 Minutes is an outstanding television series. Burgold
This was like the old 60 Minutes. It was great. I love depth reporting. So, different than shouting at your subjects or only giving a reporter 90 seconds to cover a story.

Teller
Can't wait to watch this when I get home. 60 Minutes is really an American treasure. Sure, they've made their mistakes (haven't we all?) but they usually do an excellent job of reporting the whole story. I really enjoyed their show a few weeks ago with the report on Albert Pujols and all the work he does in the Dominican, as well as a tour of the Vatican Library. Awesome, awesome show. Bang
I saw it. Very proud of our president and our country. I've been a 60 Minutes junky for decades. Ever since I was a teenager. ~Bang
Heisenberg
Watched most of it last night and thought it was great. In my opinion, 60 Minutes is usually always head and shoulders above other investigative news programs.
Sweet Sassy Molassy
Watched most of it last night and thought it was great. In my opinion, 60 Minutes is usually always head and shoulders above other investigative news programs. Agreed, great interview. I think Obama made some very pertinent points, and his final statement was quite powerful, I felt.
jnhay
I still don't buy that the reason Osama was disposed of so quickly because they didn't want a shrine and wanted to follow Islamic law (which apparently they didn't), but it was a pretty good, thorough interview. ZoEd
55/45, that's not as much as a sure thing as he made it sound the night OBL's death was announced. Sounded more like "holy crap, I hope this is him".
