At the 2009 NFL Combine, Harris recorded 3.98 seconds in the 20 yard shuttle, and 6.68 seconds in the 3 cone drill. His time in the 20 yard shuttle was the second best among defensive backs, and his time in the 3 cone drill tied for second Rolle 20 yard shuttle 4.25 and 6.94 in 3 cone drill. 4.76 40 time. He did, however, post the second best three-cone time at 6.68 seconds and the second best 20-yard shuttle time with a 3.98. In his pro day, Harris looked faster, running a 4.46 and 4.5 second 40-yard dash.
