You'd think that a league that makes so much money and doesn't have to pay it's players a dollar would spring for a trophy that doesn't look ridiculous. Elessar78 Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Personally, I love the crystal trophy. Love the world cup trophy (solid gold). Hate the MLB and NBA trophies (although the base is dip holder, apparently). Stanley cup is prob the best though. I saw it in person, even got an etching of the Penguins championship ring. My problem is that someone is eventually gonna drop that crystal football. Which will be very embarassing. And conceptually, it doesn't make much sense.
