We knew for other reasons that having sex with animals was bad. But now new research has shed more light on the matter and it has been discovered that having sex with animals doubles your chances of having penis cancer.

Bestiality case lands 'swinger' couple, friend in jail

PHOENIX -- Three people -- a husband and wife, and her lover -- have been arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit bestiality.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested Pinal County residents Shane Walker and Sarah Dae Walker and Gilbert resident Robert Aucker Monday night.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the trio used the popular Craigslist classified ads website to find a dog to take part in the act.

Sarah, 34, intended to have sex with a male golden shepherd mix while her 39-year-old husband and Aucker, 30, watched, Arpaio explained in a news release.

GRAPHIC - Elderly man arrested violating pig at school barn

DAVIS, Okla. -- Authorities in Murray County have charged a 77-year-old man for violating a show pig at an agriculture barn located on the property of Davis Public Schools. Court documents state Jimmy “Hawkeye” Jeter of Davis was caught on surveillance video inside the barn.

Records state Jeter "walked into the pen, unzipped his pants, appeared to pull something out of his pants, then bent over the gilt (female pig)."

During an interview with investigators, documents state Jeter "said he was not trying to poison the gilt" and stated "I just stuck my finger up her private. That's all I did." Authorities say Jeter admitted he "poured corn out to hold the gilt still" and that he "did this in the early 70s."

Court documents state Jeter also admitted that he got sexual gratification from the incident.

St. Louis woman sentenced for performing sex acts on dog

A St. Louis woman pleaded guilty Monday to performing sex acts on her dog and was sentenced to 120 days jail.

Dana Kintz, 28, called police March 12 to her home in the 4000 block of Russell Boulevard, alleging that her boyfriend Shawn Ingram, 37, had punched and slapped her. Police said they found child pornography on Ingram's cellphone and images of Kintz engaged in sex acts with the couple's dog.

Both were charged with unlawful sex with an animal, a misdemeanor. Ingram also was charged with felony possession of child pornography.

Yuma man suspected of molestation, bestiality

YUMA, AZ (CBS5) -

A Yuma man has been arrested on suspicion of several sordid sex crimes after a month-long investigation by the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.

Cody Slaughter, 22, of Somerton, is suspected of molesting a 2-year-old girl eight years ago, and having sexual contact with a pig, dog and horse, according to a sheriff's office spokesman.

Donkey sex gets thumbs-up from censors

Film depicting bestiality gets a surprising pass from classification board.

Gay sex is more likely to offend standards of morality and decency than men having sex with donkeys, as far as Australia's censors are concerned.

A film depicting sex acts between men and donkeys was screened at a Sydney film festival last week after an exemption from classification was granted to the festival by the Classification Board.

Man sexually assaulted stolen goat, cops say

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A judge says a West Virginia man will not be held criminally responsible for allegedly stealing, sexually assaulting and killing his neighbor's pygmy goat while high on bath salts.

Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge James Stucky ruled Monday that Mark Lucas Thompson of Alum Creek is not competent for trial on the charges he faces for animal cruelty.

Police arrested Thompson in May 2011 after neighbors found him in his room standing next to the dead goat and dressed in women's clothing. He was indicted for animal cruelty and petit larceny.

Florida Farmhand Busted For Lewd Donkey Show

Suspect claims Sunshine State is "backwards" for zoophilia laws

SEPTEMBER 18--A Florida farmhand arrested for having sexual contact with a miniature donkey explained to cops that the Sunshine State was “backwards” since its residents “frown on zoophilia,” according to a police report.

Carlos Romero, 31, was collared yesterday and charged with misdemeanor sexual activity with an animal.

Investigators report that a witness last month spotted Romero, pictured in the mug shot at right, “up against the rear of the donkey” apparently having sex with the animal.

Romero--who was shirtless and had his pants down--pulled away from the donkey when he spotted the witness, who had been delivering a horse to the barn he rents.

When interviewed Friday by cops, Romero made a series of shocking admissions.

A farm hand accused of engaging in a sex act with his miniature donkey has been placed in protective custody at the Marion County Jail.

County officials have taken the animal, a 21-month-old named Doodle, to Animal Services — something the owner is not happy about.

"I want my donkey back. There's got to be due process here. I paid $500 for her," said Carlos R. Romero, sitting on a bench after his first appearance Tuesday morning in front of a judge.

Jail officials said Romero, who is charged with animal cruelty, is in protective custody for now.

"HEEEEE HAAAAAW" means HEEEEE HAAAAAW, folks.
