Big Blue Joe
How often was Romo sits to pee on the field with Eli? Often enough to wish him better luck next time, twice?
fsunoles0021
Often enough to wish him better luck next time, twice? Dude, that argument is so weak. Arguing wins when comparing two players? Come on. This is the ultimate team game. You can't say that Eli beat Romo sits to pee. The Giants beat the Cowboys. Laughable argument.
BeerMuscles
Romo sits to pee is also about to be the first player in history to post 4 seasons of 90+ rating to start a career and I believe only the 3rd to ever post 4 consecutive seasons of a 90+ rating. Too bad it's not the start of his career. He entered the league in 2003 and is almost 30.
doncherry
Too bad it's not the start of his career. He entered the league in 2003 and is almost 30. exactly. so he only has 6-8 more years of football left.

He could play himself out of the league over the course of the next few years. There are few quarterbacks that play late into their 30s

TrueFan01
Often enough to wish him better luck next time, twice? Gotta tell ya... I remember Dallas sweeping the Giants in the regular season a couple years ago. I shouldn't have to remind you how that football season ended. Gives me hope, though. You can't say that Eli beat Romo sits to pee. The Giants beat the Cowboys. Laughable argument. It's not that weak, considering Romo sits to pee has a better offensive line, better tight ends, better running backs. And in their first meeting, Romo sits to pee's 3 interceptions pretty much lost them the game, and Manning's near flawless game pretty much won them the game in the end. And if that's the difference between the Giants making the playoffs instead of Dallas...

Wow. His team scored 17 menaningful points on the worst Giants defense I have ever seen. Over the last 9 games, they have given up more points than any other Giants D has in a 9-game stretch in over 40 years.A monster game is what Drew Brees had against the Giants or Big Ben had against the Packers or Tony Romo sits to pee had against the Giants in week 1 of 2007. 17 non-garbage time points against a truly awful Giants defense is a middling performance at best. Romo sits to pee had an excellent game at the meadowlands, but that doesn't discount the fact that his awful game in week 2 was the difference between a win and a loss against a division opponent. And if the Giants make the playoffs instead of the Cowboys, you can look back at that home loss and wonder why the Cowboys lost that game, and why the Giants won. ONE. he has had 3 below average and the rest were incredible. you can look at EVERY qb and find a bad game. if you even watched that game you would have known that 2 int's were extreme flukes off of players heels etc.

Eli's ypa are the result of him completing 57% of his passes. Against the Giants, Romo sits to pee completed 75% of his passes. But they were short passes that lead with minimal production, so the Cowboys only scored 17 meaningful points against an awful Giants defense.doesn't dallas have some of the worst cb's in the league? everyone keeps saying that. why is it so impressive for eli, but not Romo sits to pee? you're clueless. The Cowboys have the #1 D in the NFC. Gibbs Hog Heaven
Pains me to say it, but the way Romo sits to pee's matured this year into one of the top end QB's in the league, this thread is looking pretty redundant. Hail.
