DTN Redskin
Stepbrothers comes out on DVD and blu-ray today. Has anyone seen this? If so what are your thoughts about it and is it worth purchasing? I'm a big Will Ferrell fan and have heard this is pretty fun. O'Reiley is funny also. Thanks. RammsteinSkins
It was hilarious and what he did to the drumset was the best part in the whole movie, the unrated version looks better though.
HEavyJumbo85
It was alright...I'd just rent it personally. You'll certainly laugh, but it's not an instant classic like anchorman or anything.

The Sir
I think it's one of those love it or hate it type of movies. I personally loved it, probably my favorite Will Ferrell movie aside from Old School. But there's a lot of people out there that will say the humor in the movie made them feel dumb. Not because it was over their heads either.

Slacky McSlackAss
I love Will Ferrell, but couldn't even sit through the whole movie. Surprising, the only Ferrell movie I didnt make it thru was Blades of Glory.
MissU28
Surprising, the only Ferrell movie I didnt make it thru was Blades of Glory. haha, I liked that one...but also because I like Jon Heder. I think my problem with Anchorman is that I tried to watch it by myself. Movies are never as good alone.
spjunkies
I fell asleep during the movie.

But just something about that movie didnt make it funny. I dunno, maybe I'll give it a second shot some day.

But I was able to finish the movie. I forgot about Stranger than Fiction, that was horrid.

JeffSchmeff
Comedy is so subjective. I thought Step Brothers was ok. I'd watch it again, but the scenes in it felt like Ferrell and Reilly were trying to ad lib too hard. Anchorman is by far the best Ferrell movie. It isn't even close.
