33
Maybe the best news out of FedEx tonight. He was pretty serious about how much the Redskins mean to him. He said he takes no enjoyment in the Skins losing. Stand up guy. Great to see him get a chance on prime-time television, if anyone has to get the chance. He also talked about sneaking into RFK for a Cowboys game late in the season when he was young. Congrats, Byron. Let's learn from this on the bye and come back and Beat Dallas. SonOfWashington
I'm less upset. Like you said, stand up move by him.
33
He just brought up Mark Mosely kicking field goals and talked about his brother crying when the Skins lose.
SkinsHokieFan
He absolutley torched us tonight. He really looked like a pro bowl QB out there
skinsfan07
Kinda cool to see that. Maybe he should have throw us some ints so we won than. haha

SkinsMaster88
Same things said when Skins played Jags back in 2006. Good for him, but frankly I don't care.

Rdskn4Lyf21
Son of a ***** could've thrown some our way if he was. Leftwich seems like a genuinely good guy. He was screwed because of injuries....hopefully he can resurrect his career.
zCommander
He also gave a football to his Redskins fan that he saw at the game in the stands. Real classy of him.
33
At one point he said he used to dream of playing in the NFL, but only with a Redskins hat. As much as the loss sucks, it's nice to see it go to a modest local boy.
DarrellsMyHero28
Nice guy, and I mean this in the best way but... **** him
corrupt3d
Hey you know what? Leftwich has been a stand up guy in the past - its not something that should surprise us. Did you see how he left Jax? Nothing but class.
MAATopDogg
I'm glad he's resurrecting his career. It still baffles me how Garrard beat him out of the starting job????

RedskinsFanFromPhiladelph
so we can add leftwich to the number of skins fans at the game... so that brings the total to say...12?
Special K
He also gave a football to his Redskins fan that he saw at the game in the stands. Real classy of him. Yeah, he said that was his friend growing up I think. But yeah, he's always been a classy guy...even though he and the Steelers owned our butts tonight. so we can add leftwich to the number of skins fans at the game... so that brings the total to say...12? Lol. Well, there were a lot of Skins fans, problem was there were a TON of effing Steelers fans. Ridiculous.
Jofizz
I've always liked Byron. After being shafted for god knows what in Jacksonville, he was nothing but classy. I hope a team in need of a starter gives him another chance.
Cherick
He is an employee of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played like he was supposed to play. :applause: to him.

bedlamVR
so we can add leftwich to the number of skins fans at the game... so that brings the total to say...12? HogNose
Kinda cool to see that. Maybe he should have throw us some ints so we won than. haha Who would have caught those INT's? Rogers?
RedskinsNation
so we can add leftwich to the number of skins fans at the game... so that brings the total to say...12? Probably 70k Redskins fans last night and 20k Steelers fans. Throw in the fact they had a LOT more to cheer about...makes the night just something I wish we could forget. Now we have to endure a byeweek....ugh this is going to be a brutal 12 days.
DieHard86
Heard the same thing from Josh Cribbs. Its gonna sound silly, but when you are responsible for beating the Redskins, you are not a Redskins fan. I know Leftwich needs to make a living, but that's the truth!
