JoeGibbsRypenGClark91
You are not expected to win in NY. Gibbs teams in super bowl seasons lost to NY in dominating fashion. Its just so annoying the media in this town. You have Kevin Sheehen bashing Snyder when no one will employee is longwinded behind. Doc screaming and not making sense. Brian Mitchell talking about preseason a 1000 times. There is just no logic. You get mad if you lose to the Saints at home. Not the Giants on the road on super bowl night. Campbell will be fine.People act like he threw 40 ints . They lost games last year to tell you the truth because Moss played like a stiff and fumbled games away vs the Packers and Bucs. And please fire Kein Sheehen . He is simply a longwinded Snyder hater.

JoeGibbsRypenGClark91
Huh? Didn't the win against the Giants last season happen in the meadowlands? That was a rare game they won in NY.Losing at NY is nothing to be ashamed of. The key is to defend your home in the division and steal game on the road. Call it rare, but it pretty much trumped your theory. At any rate, I have realized that we play poor in NY, its been brought up plenty of times. No excuse though. We lose in Seattle, so what? We keep losing on the road and use it as an excuse. Its one game. I'm not jumping ship.

FuriousD
Give Zorn a shot. Thats all i ask. He's getting his chance. In case you didn't notice, Joe Gibbs got slapped around quite a bit on this board when he lost. As did Spurrier. As did Marty. As did Norv. Jesus Christ could coach this team and if he loses on the road, to a division rival, to open the season looking like that then you can bet your sweet bippy that he'd get slapped around too! :helmet:
RedskinzOwnU
Yea, since we never win in NY it's OK that we lost the game. The glaring issues that were exposed with this team are nothing to be concerned about because we were never meant to win anyway. It all makes sense now... (borat pause) NOT

Soul Swinger
Since Joe Gibbs is no longer coaching, I must be smoking hash because I see no relevancy. On the other hand, I do see purple dinosaurs. Either way, my answer is the same.

ZRagone
Its not about losing. If we had went out there and been even vaguely competitive, it would've been different. It was out O-Line looking like they completely forgot how to block. It was hard hitting Laron Landry getting trucked by Brandon Jacobs. It was our D-line being gutted for rushing yards. It was Plaxico basically getting balls at will. It was our receivers dropping two balls that should've been intercepted. It was Cooley touching the ball ONCE. It was repeatedly throwing the ball under the sticks on 3rd down OR running on 3rd and 1 when everyone knew you were running it. It was shoddy clock management the likes that would make people yearn for Joe Gibbs II to come back to manage it. It was Jason Campbell seemingly unable to look off a receiver to find another, or throw a quick ball. It was Moss and Thrash both dropping key throws. Its not that we just lost. We stunk the place up. We played HORRIBLY and all those people saying the offense would pick it up because it was "just preseason" were way off as it carried over. The issue wasn't the loss, the issue was the "How" for the loss
