And also what would a GM do that Vinny isn't currently doing? Not saying he doesn't deserve criticism, or even that he does, just wondering why people feel the way they do. The question is who will have say over the final roster in this next administration? Big question. Cause the head coach may not matter as much if Vinny just took that job over. Gregg Williams has gotten all the first round picks since he's been here with the exception of Jason Campbell. Macintosh, Rogers, Taylor, Landry... yeah, they have a crappy working relationship. Not buying it. Vinnie Cerrato is about 50/50 on free agents with some notable greats like Griffin, Washington, Fletcher, Portis, Smoot, Moss, Randle-El and others. His failures were also notable with Archuletta, Arrington if you count him as a failure, Brandon Lloyd, etc. He just needs the authority and should have been made GM a long time ago. It's the owner's right to have who he wants in that job and Cerrato isn't the best nor is he the worst. Lately, he has been making some good acquisitions and the draft picks have been sensational.
