E-Dog Night
Too bad there isn't the following question contained within the article: "Could ESPN's shameless disdain for the Redskins be any more apparent by the fact that they posted this article within a heartbeat of Gibbs' retirement?" http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/polling?event_id=3318

jimking
Two out of four playoff seasons isn't bad compared to 1 out of 12 before Gibbs returned. Not bad, really.
CallMeGreen
I think mid-November Gibbs' legacy was starting to take a hit around here, though I never doubted him (nor did many of the folks that remembered him from his first tour). Then after the whole Taylor nightmare and run to the playoffs, people finally started to realize what a one-of-a-kind coach and man he really is. hockeysc23
Thanks man, im very shocked that 27% of people think Gibbs is the best HC with at least 2 SB's. I believe that is strongly influenced by pro gibbs people that would go to that page to vote. But Joe did not have to cheat his way to super bowls and was generally liked and respected by most people unlike BB.
evaflowin
17,000 votes.. i voted.. to be honest i was a little surprised as to how many people think gibbs is still the best coach EVER and that the skins job is ALOT better than the ravens (even though i COMPLETELY agree wit them haha)

Craig
Gibbs was a great coach overall but he is not the best coach of all time. The poll is obviously not scientific and is probably being dominated by Skins fans...
