Sadly I have thought about the uniforms a little bit more than a normal person should. Here is the problem with burgundy on burgundy. Look at the burgundy jersey-white stripe is on top of the yellow stripe on the sleeve. Now look at the burgundy pants-standing up facing forward the yellow stripe is in front of (or on top of) the white stripe. Ass backwards/opposite of the jersey. It would not match up well in my opinion. I posted the above in the Fashion Police thread about a month ago. But, I am looking forward to seeing what this looks like.

The white on white is classy. However, I would like to see the classic white top, burgundy pants again. Please, NO GOLD PANTS we are not a college team.

Are those socks 1 or 2? What I mean is-the red and white are they sewn together or are they two seperate socks? I always wondered.

The Burgandy is too dark. It almost looks purple.

Right now, I think we have the best looking uniforms in professional sports. But, if you were going to make a new start with the new coach the 1972-1977 uni's would look good. Just spruce up the helmet to the metallic red like it is now with a gray facemask.

I think Gibbs brought the white jersey deal when he came in '81. Before that he was with the Chargers and they did white jerseys at home games.
