RobertGoulet
Joe Gibbs is a robot programed to say the same phrases over and over again like "super smart" "fought their guts out"
Morneblade
Ah, you guys missed him back in the day. First, understand that he's never been a idiot ego-maniac like some coaches are. He's not about making dirty laundry public, or going into a tirade. Way too much class. While he never freaked out per say, I saw him give a couple stares to people that would freeze the blood in your viens. Like he wanted to rip the spine out of you and beat you with it. Not to mention some of the halftime lockeroom "adjustments" he made.
canethang 305
It wasn't a presser but he did kirk out on Buckhantz for the Playboy prediction.
Mania
read his first book. He may not have freaked out in front of cameras, but he used to throw taintrums in the locker room to motivate the players. Not sure if he does that anymore.

InsaneBoost
Not in a press conference to my knowledge, but I know the old players would say how they were scared of him in the locker room, they said he would cuss like a truck driver, and throw chairs at them and all types of crazy stuff. ThePreciating
Joe Gibbs gives the most boring press conference anyone could ever sit through. I find this to be one of the intangibles that makes him a HoF coach.
HailSkinz1
Yeah the Buckhantz thing was about a close as Gibbs gets to "freaking out" on camera. (It was pretty funny though). But there's that famous halftime tirade he threw in Philly in the late 80s or early 90s. Players said he threw a chair and came about as close to cursing as they'd ever seen him. It worked though because we came back that game and won it. Hail, H
Brandon Lloyd Christmas
i doubt joe gibbs at his old age still has that fire in him that he had during his first tenure to get angry at half time. none of us know cause were not in the locker room, but i just cant imagine him at age 60 whatever losing it at players. herb mul-key
I don't think he curses or ever did...I heard he actually asked Matt Millen to tone it down in the locker room...(the foul language)
More Complete
Gibbs doesn't curse. He will however put his fist through a wall or say, an overhead projector. :yikes:
Taylor 36
Gibbs has had his moments, just not in front of the camera. He has too much class for that. Something some of the younger folks just don't undrstand.
topdogbran
it was definitely the Buckhantz tirade. that was awesome. he flipped out.
pjfootballer
He broke a chalkboard once according to Grimm. One of his "halftime" adjustments. They also said he tipped over the table with the oranges and the players couldn't rehydrate.

Brandon Lloyd Christmas
if he didnt have that fire in him still, then he wouldnt be coaching. read what i wrote. the fire to get riled up and angry, not the fire or "drive" to coach a football team. hes an old dude, doesnt seem to have that angry streak in him that he was capable of 20 years ago. Bryan81
I remember the last time the Redskins went to the Super Bowl & on the first day of training camp George Michael was interviewing him & got Gibbs as riled up as he'll get. He said "See that he's baiting me". Not really much to it, but if Gibbs hasn't exploded yet with the all the crap that went on last year, I doubt we get more then his nervous giggle. Mr_ Skinshead
I wish I could stay as cool as he does. Its like nothing gets to him when he talks to the media When you have the financial freedom he has, and continue to be rewarded handsomely independent of results, what's there to be stressed about?
