Some poor play calling, especially in the third quarter, when we should have been running some gut and power. But we should a great amount of potential for growth for next year on offense, and our defense really showed up to play today. This game proved that we CAN beat ANYONE in this league. We do NOT need new players at every position on defense, so put away your wish lists for Lance Briggs, Nate Clements, et al. The insertion of Rocky McIntosh, a high draft pick (albeit lower now), a couple guys for depth, and an offseason to perfect the system will lead to a significantly better defense next season. If we can score 2 capable starters/backups for the offensive line I wouldnt change much else. Let them gel, just fortify the OL. I think the offense next year will be sweet.
