Monkart
Thanksgiving without a doubt. Endless amazing food, and I personally think the feelings of thanks and goodwill are much more pronounced and sincere on Thanksgiving than on Christmas. It's far less commercialized, and people are focused more on appreciating what they already have than anticipating what else they're going to get. Very well put!!!!Christmas is my wife's favorite, because she loves going all out with the lights and all. It's my kids favorite also for obvious reasons, but it's sooo different for them, then it was when I was a kid. I still enjoy them enjoying Christmas, but for me please pass the gravy and move so I can see the game.

Darth Tater
Since 1992 except for 2005 and 1999, Christmas has meant the seasons about over, wait 'till next year. Thanksgiving does usher in the holiday season. It's a begining, not an end.
Thiebear
Christmas: 2 kids makes it come alive again, even with the 3 hours of assembly required.

Xameil
Gotta say Halloween...not just for what it meant as a kid, and it's fun to decorate to try and scare the bejesus out of someone, but what it actually means...day of the dead followed by all saints day. Sit in the woods and wait for Bambi and friends to come along. I hope Huly doesn't see this, not that I care, but she may get mad.
