This is literally the best Nuggets team ever. Joker is playing out of his mind and he finally has the support he's needed to win a ship. The 2023 MVP will be his most deserved of the last three years. Nikola Jokic is the best player in the NBA right now.

Yup. My wife got me one a few months ago and it burns so good. I don't really do abs at all (other than them being worked during compound movements), but I use the wheel once a week for a few mins and it kills me. Completely agree! I lift for six weeks straight and then take a week off. I always feel super human on that first week back, moving weight pretty easily. Muscles are nice and rested. The road to four plates continues. I hit 390 last week at my friends gym and hope to get 405 by my birthday in April.

It's so much better now. I've been playing since launch over four years ago and it's a completely different game today. They've added seasons & scoreboards, improved a ton of quality of life issues, introduced several new end-game boss fights, and fixed most of the early glitches and bugs that frustrated a lot of folks. The reddit & Discord groups have all been saying that this current version of 76 is what Bethesda likely envisioned a multiplayer Fallout would be. It finally feels more like a traditional Fallout game, with several factions to choose from and critical decisions that impact your story. Emily The Criminal on Netflix . Pretty fun suspense thriller. Aubrey Plaza is in debt and needs fast money. She ends up getting introduced to a group of scammers who slowly up the risk & danger of her cons with increased profits to her. I love Theo Rossi and was pleasantly surprised to see him as a main character alongside Plaza. The story moves along very quickly and reminds me a lot of Good Time. 94% on rotten.
